Reasonably priced food and mediocre taste, I wasn’t expecting a gourmet meal, however, my food was cold. On the plus side, my coffee was piping hot.

When I got home I noticed they forgot my sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. I called to inform them and they proceeded to argue with me, first stating that it was not on my receipt and then stating that it was not in the bag. Outrageous!! I'm a regular customer and will be finding a new location that treats it's customers better.

It's clean, easy to get to and plenty of parking but I didn't get what I ordered. I would say, 50% of the time, most dunkins give me regular blend coffee when I ask for the midnight blend coffee. And asking them to remake it is always a hassle. So I don't bother. I won't go back. But I'm sure they don't need my money.
I brought my son in for a donut and they were out of sprinkles. They could have just said there were none, but instead one of the team members checked the back, and made a donut with sprinkles for my son. That level of kindness and dedication deserves to be recognized and shared! Thank you!

Drinks are generally half full and you have to ask them to fill it to the top. I got lucky and got it filled 3/4 of the way one time.
They get angry when you pop the lid and ask if you can have a full cup

I just wish with all the automated process of printing your order it was more consistent. Large French vanilla 1 cream 1 sugar. Not a swirl, not regular cream and sugar. Should be that simple for $3.50+
