What a little diamond in the rough. We stopped here for lunch on our way back from Avon, I love me a good Irish pub. This did not disappoint. The inside is beautifully done with a gorgeous fireplace, a full bar to the side and dining tables in the middle. Food was great - my husband got Shephard's pie, I got the French Dip and we shared the perogies. My husband never compliments the food when we go out, but he did at this place, which is a compliment on its own. Had the pleasure of speaking with Kevin the owner who was very personable and our server was also attentive and kind. It was a great experience that I didn't expect on a random Wednesday afternoon. Glad we stopped here. We will be back, especially once the live music starts!

Best pierogies I have ever had. Perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside.
Kara and Nicole were so lovely and knew everything about the menu.

Visiting from out of town and went to Farleys based on positive google reviews. The food was outstanding. We ordered burgers and chicken sandwiches. Tried homebrew beer and it was solid. Service was outstanding. You will struggle to find a better family restaurant in rural CT.

Farley's pub is a pub style retaurant (no surprise) with good British/pub type food. The fish and chips and the bangers and mash are particularly good. We have also had their salads, sandwiches, and shepherds pie, all of which were good. The dining room is cozy, the staff are nice and attentive, the chairs are comfortable. I recommend Farley's as one of the best restaurants in this area.

Awesome joint to have some good food. The owner is extremely friendly and was such a refreshing experience with him helping the waitress with tables. He shared his story with me and my daughter and walked me down memory lane on history etc. Truly a great experience. Friendly welcoming clean and just overall great experience. Will be back!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars for this local Gem!
We called Farley’s Pub last minute to see if they could fit a large party of nine for my birthday dinner, and they couldn’t have been more accommodating! The service was quick, friendly, and genuinely warm. The food was absolutely delicious—every single person in our group loved their meal, and we all had leftovers to take home. The staff even took the time to wish me a happy birthday, which made the night feel extra special.
The atmosphere is exactly what you’d hope for in a classic Irish pub—cozy, inviting, and full of charm—but it also has that “something extra” that makes it even better than your average local spot. Farley’s Pub is a true gem, and we’ll definitely be back!

Service was a bit slow for not being super busy. The food was decent but everything the table ordered was overly salty. I'd definitely be willing to give them another shot, though.

Ordered a burger and cole slaw (it never came and the waitress never asked if everything was ok). The burger was nothing more that a burnt hockey puck. It was terrible. I figured a pub would be able to make a burger no problem. Drink was watered down and bad as well. Terrible food and service. Will never go back.

The service is good and very attentive, the vibe is great but where this restaurant falls short in a big way is definitely with the food. I ( and my dining & drinking companion ) both got salads at a cost of $20 or so. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed a significant amount of the lettuce in my salad ( romaine ) and some of the lettuce in the other salad ( iceberg ) was very visibly rotted. Brown, black and rusted pieces. I took several of the gnarly pieces out to show the server, but to my surprise, there was zero explanation, apology, offer to replace the salads or a credit. In my opinion, if a restaurant isn't in any way ashamed or apologetic for serving a considerable ( like a lot - I'm not exaggerating ) of very noticeable rotten lettuce in a salad, then I question what the heck else they might be serving. Won't be back. Don't recommend.
