Excellent sandwich shop! The staff and management are amazing. I have been to this store when it’s super busy and when there’s no one in line. Always excellent customer service and correct orders. Their sandwiches are the best! I am always impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They can certainly work under pressure when they are backed up with orders! Not many restaurants can handle crowds like this one. I highly recommend!

They stopped here at Jersey Mike’s subs for a late lunch. I had the regular number 13, which is an Italian combo. A sandwich is good. The staff was friendly and efficient and getting people in and out quickly. This was only my second time going to a Jersey Mike’s location, and both times I left satisfied. They got busy as soon as they opened! I was shocked my mobile order took so long to be done but they had a lot to do. The sandwich was eaten a few hours later and was soggy with the oil and vinegar so I don't think I'd do it Mike's style for the next time I don't eat it right away. Still delicious though!

My boys love this place. Never knew about it until they shared recently. Damn these subs are delicious and when you go giant they're huge. Fresh ingredients and the staff seems happy to be working there. Hello!! I dig it. Tuna is my jam and they do it right. Add bacon if you are an expert. Boys get the classic. My wife likes the veggie. The relish is their secret sauce and it's so tasty. Grab a bottle so you can enjoy that taste in between visits. Keep crushing Simsbury!!
