Awesome subs and very friendly service.This time in Simsbury sandwich maker had a bit of an attitude I ordered a sandwich with must lettuce salt and pepper she said a 6 minus this and that I said whatever and repeated my order she repeated herself I was like what is she doing trying to train me just make my sandwich lady why are we having this conversation
Been to many Jersey Mike's in muliple states. Almost always well-trained, conscientious staffs and solid food. This location, however, is best of the best. Generous, well-constructed sandwiches & great attitudes. Umbrellas on the outdoor tables and a couple more tables or some sort of covered area would make it perfect.
Excellent sandwich shop! The staff and management are amazing. I have been to this store when it’s super busy and when there’s no one in line. Always excellent customer service and correct orders. Their sandwiches are the best! I am always impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They can certainly work under pressure when they are backed up with orders! Not many restaurants can handle crowds like this one. I highly recommend!
