La Joya - Fresh Mexican Reviews
Food is amazing I love it!!!
Always a great meal, awesome service and bad tenders, love it here!

La Joya - Fresh Mexican is a cozy, hidden gem with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Despite its small size, it offers a good selection of a la carte tacos and delicious dishes like the enchilada duo and tamales. The staff is friendly and attentive, making guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. The margaritas are strong and flavorful, and the queso and guacamole are highly recommended. The fish tacos with red snapper and cauliflower tacos are amazing and popular among customers. Many enjoy the outdoor dining area, which is very convenient for those on the Farmington Canal River bicycle trail. Although seating can be limited and there may be a short wait, the overall experience is memorable and well worth it. This charming spot is known for serving fresh Mexican cuisine that combines great food and excellent margaritas, making it a favorite for many. The restaurant is vegetarian-friendly, and the staff is always super friendly and attentive. Customers often say the food is delicious and fresh, with the trio app being a must-try. Inside, the decor is adorable, with surfboards and memorabilia from Huntington, CA, and food presentation on a wooden surfboard adds a fun touch. While the price per taco is a little expensive, they are filling and worth it. The outdoor seating is great for better weather, though the space is small, similar to a former Dunkin' Donuts location. Overall, La Joya remains a cozy, inviting place to enjoy authentic Mexican dishes with friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere.
