I'm at a loss. Every time I've gone to this location in the past year, I've had to wait a little longer than usual for my food. This last time I thought I got in at a good time but instead I get sent to the mobile pickup spots. 30 minutes go by and nothing. The person parked on my right got the wrong order which had to be re-done, The person parked on my left went in and got her money back I think because she never got her food. They send other cars over next to me and the drive-thru is starting to get slammed. I finally have to go in and ask about my order and nobody knows what I'm talking about. What really pissed me off was that after I have to go in there and hassle the people at the front to finally make my order that I paid for it takes the same amount of time it used to take to make my burger and fries and send me on my way. The lady in charge and the kid at the front handled it well enough but I've never had to go inside before because my order was forgotten. I've been coming to this location forever and its just sad to see such disarray.

Worth service I experienced . Staff made us wait for more than 10 minutes for the simple order(two toys) . Manager didn’t show up when I demanded. Other staff members were absolutely unfriendly. Never back again to MCDonalds.

They were awful before the remodel and even worse after. Waited over 30 minutes for our food. Then when we got it, stuff was missing. I could have gone several other places and gotten my food quicker then I did here.

Took forever to get an employee to help us inside the restaurant and then we tried calling the next day to see if my husbands wallet was left there and they either didn’t answer the phone or hung up on my after I asked them about the wallet.

It is fast food you need wait inthe drive thru lane forever to order and eat. But that is still faster than going inside to order. Also, the prices are higher than many sit-down restaurants.

There has come to be a really mean angry chaotic vibe going on there. Not chill not fun.
I never eat here because I know what's in the hamburgers! The french fries are cooked in real nasty oil that they're cooked in as the internet has told me, and they kind of are addictive. because of the chemicals that are in them!

Arrived at the drive thru with nobody else waiting. Told to wait. Three people drive up, and they make their orders first. We have to speak up multiple times for them to (with an annoyed voice) attempt to take our order. Had to leave because it was taking too long and we would be late for work. Genuinely surprised that the service could actually be worse than the terrible service that was typical of this location. Keep up the good work in inventing new ways to piss people off.

Everyone was really kind, including the manager. Angie was really courteous and kind; she made sure that all of my meal was heated and my drinks were cold and crisp. It was fantastic when she put fresh Coca-Cola in the drink machine! I will definitely return to the restaurant!

Rude service. 2/14 at 10:00pm. Placed an order online and forgot to order a drink. I pulled up to window, had my window open credit card in hand trying to order it. Young girl with braces saw me, but basically ignored me. She finally opened the window to give me my food and i asked for a drink, shes like sorry i cant, there is a car behind you.
Seriously?! I expect better from this location. Been coming here for years, never once had an issue

This mcdonalds is great and you've can tell someone cares about the location because the public clock is always working and accurate (I really dislike companies that let thier public clocks get run down and nonaccurate), and the parking lot is always clean. I've never had any issues ordering food here. I hope the employees are treated right because it's one of the mcdonalds i like best in the area.
