Left the other location after a very bad experience. Came here. Sandwich was made by Ryan. I asked his name to make sure I can give a review. Best customer service. He engaged in conversation with my 3 and 5 year old when they conversed with himMy sandwich was made property and with the regular size servings I receive at every other location, except the one next to the post office in Simsbury *worse one in stateThanks again ryan
They recently reopened this location with a fresh re-do and new staff. Fast, friendly service and tasty sandwiches! Prices seem to be higher than before, though... but then that's happening everywhere, right?
I came in at 10am Friday and asked if they had mac n cheese..the man working Michael said it isnt ready but he could have it ready in 15minutes. He was so sweet got it all ready and packaged even in the three separate bags I needed!!
