Our family gets the $10 Tuesday Cheese pizza. It truly has been delicious. Perfectly cooked. Not undercooked at all. It has been our go to for weeks now. Highly recommend!!!

Good restaurant to go for lunch (or order take out for lunch). However, ordering take out dinner here is always a nightmare. Always multiple things missing, the wrong dish given, etc. sad because I love supporting local but it’s too expensive for the amount of missing / messed up food!

The manager is so rude & unhelpful. Mistakes happen with technology and all the guy had to do was be a decent person. Business first though right?
Edit after response from owner : we already went over the fact there was a glitch with the app. You met me with such attitude and basically accused me of lying. I did contact slice myself & they said it was because you gave me the food. Which I gave you back the incorrect order & you said I needed to pay for the new meal because you refused to eat the cost. So end of the day, you made your money off food your employee consumed.

Just called to get a refund of $4 for extra cheese that was not on my pizza. Wow what rude and ridiculous service. Food has gone down hill and isn’t worth spending $29 on a cheese pizza. No one refunded me btw.

Especially since the arcade/ pinball machines came in here my grandsons love to come to Winged Bear in downtown Simsbury for the games and the food, and it gives me time to relax while I eat, and watch them have a blast! Have been several times over the past few years with them. This latest visit, 11/9/25 we had a wonderful experience all around so I had to do a review. Service was top notch and I was very impressed! I had a middle table/tall seat at the end of the restaurant and I could see everything that was going on the entire time, and I took notice. The staff were five stars! I haven’t seen such excellent service in quite awhile. Promptly greeting everyone, waters, place servings, apps, main course, cleanup, prompt checks. Place was very busy and staff calmly kept up. And a constant stream of take out orders as well. Food was hot and delicious, and prices weren’t too high! 👍👍

Just left there after just about an hour of waiting for our food. Our mistake was not just getting up and leaving before the food came out. I ordered a sandwich, which was wet, yes wet. I lifted the top peice of bread and the piece of cheese underneath was completely water logged and the water from the cheese was soaking into the bread. The five onion rings that they had the nerve to charge extra money for, which were room temperature at best what a joke. The wait staff didn't come out one time in the forty five minutes we were waiting for our food to say anything as to why it was taking so long. After the food came out our waitress didn't even bother to come to our table one time, to check and see if we needed anything, ie: more water, or to see how the food was. The only redeeming quality of this place was the pizza that my boyfriend ordered. He, thankfully, had a decent meal.

We ordered 2 dinner entrées from here which should have come with a side salad and they did not also, if a restaurant is going to serve a dinner entrée you should at least serve a dinner entrée size not the size of an appetizer so disappointed bad quality of food will not order again

Wanted to try this place before heading to the circus ? but no one was there to seat nor greet us. ? After calling out to see if anyone was around no one answered,we did see a person in the kitchen who did not respond nor acknowledge us so we left. Guess they don't need our business ? ?
