It doesn't open till May but, nice place to relax. Beautiful golf course and views. Can't wait for the restaurant to be fully open. They do have a bar menu that looks great, too.
We went there for dinner last night and enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was amazing. The seafood was fresh and the prime rib was the best I have ever had. The portions were unbelievable and very reasonably priced. They have a beautiful patio and extended outdoor seating. This will be our new go to restaurant.
The EHS Wrestling team has been having out end-of-season banquets at Cedar Castle for the last 10 yrs. Carl and crew have a first class operation!!!! Awesome food and reasonably priced. Great value!!
