Great pizza. The crust has a crunchy outside, warm soft inside. Sauce flavors is excellent and the cheese is great. I've had a variety of their specialty pizzas and they're all good.

This is one of the best pizza places in the Northern part of the state. It’s all about the sauce which makes a good pizza, as d this is hands down one of the best. They of course have other great food. I have to give a big shout out to Nico. He’s the best🫡 so much love & respect for him. Great guy, and he makes the best sauce.

I had the most amazing chicken parm sub at Mario’s for lunch. Mario, the owner was actually in the kitchen and he made my chicken Parm sub and baked it and it was the most amazing chicken parm sandwich I’ve ever had.! His pasta dishes are old-school Italian and his margarita pizza is to die for. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing family owned restaurant in Western mass northern Connecticut.
Vegetarian options: Everything is made to order so you can order vegetarian pizzas and pasta dishes to your liking.
Kid-friendliness: Family style dining room.
Wheelchair accessibility: Open layout and plenty of handicapped parking.

This place has gone through a lot of changes over the years. It used to a simple take out place, now I would sat it functions for take out, sit down, or as a kind of pub for beer and wine. Food was decent, the server was very friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere. In an area with very few restaurants, this is a good one to have around.
First time trying their pizza.. extremely good! We did party sized pizzas, they even opened early for us to accommodate our fire department training on a Sunday. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice!! It will definitely be our new pizza location!!!!!
Got a combo pizza deilvered!! Absolutely fabulous!! Hot..fresh...medium thickness...my search is over!!

This was my first visit to Mario's...but certainly won't be my last. I had the pasta with meat sauce and there was so much meat in it...just the way I like it. It was delicious! One of my fellow diners had the calzone...it could easily feed two people. It looked delicious and I had serious order envy! The bread was delicious...warm, crusty on the outside and soft middle...served with butter and also oil/parmesan cheese for dipping! Finally the staff was great...it was like you were being served by friends. I have a new go to...can't wait to try their pizza!

Keelan was our server and she was quite the nice, outgoing young lady. Our medium three topping pizza was HUGE! When she brought it to our table, we verified it was a medium and were blown away by the size! The only topping we didn't care for, was the sausage. It was definitely a 'processed food', not fresh sausage. It was sliced very thin and on the bias. Kinda disappointed that it wasn't, shall we say, real sausage, but all-in-all, it was a great experience. Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Thanks Mario's for bringing a good pie to the area. It's been a long time coming.
