Order takeout for lunch and was honestly pretty disappointed with the food. I got a regular pulled pork sandwich with french fries. The pulled pork was more like sliced deli meat that was somewhat pulled apart and had quite a bit of fat on it which im not a big fan of. It didnt taste that great compared to other pulled pork ive had. The fries were soggy but thats to be expected when getting takeout. Honestly wouldnt recommend getting takeout from here.

Anniversary celebration, food delivered on time, hot and everything was absolutely delicious. Easy clean-up disposable dishes, the best way to entertain.

Went to this location for a promotion celebration and we were met with tons of annoyance. The smell in the alone was overwhelming and nasty we chose to stay and grab a Mac attach, a bear attack, and a 3 meat combo was like $70 the pulled pork on the mack was all fat and the 3 piece meats were burnt ends the were just a ball of spices and barely any meat and the sweet bbq sauce just tasted like vinegar, I never leave reviews but it was a Giant waste of money

The food was actually pretty good the only downside is all of us that ordered ended up on the toilet shortly after, somebody needs to call the health department.

Everything was great until the guy with the salt and pepper hair spit in the trash can literally inches from the condiment station. He could have went to the bathroom and did that. Food is always great but that was nasty!! 10/02/24 @1:20pm

Downgrading my first review because the service that I received today at this location was horrendous and I noticed some food safety measures that need to be addressed.

I'll find a new location to get BBQ for our staff retreats going forward.

One last update - I reached out to them and got 0.0 response. So I'll give them as close to a 0.0 rating as I can get. If your staff grabs meats and other food items with the same gloved hands they touched everything thing else in the kitchen with and look at you like you're an inconvenient moron when you mention it (and flat out ignore your request to change gloves), they are doing it wrong, plain and simple.

Haven’t had Bears in awhile so was looking forward to some good brisket. Not sure if I got brisket or pot roast. Very disappointing. Now I will state I showed up right before close but to serve that brisket and a side for $19 is insulting. Zero bark, zero flavor. Hope I just caught them on a bad night but honestly this was tough to look at and eat. Collard greens were solid.

Update- Bears apologized and sent a gift card to resolve the issue. Great to see they really care about their product. Thank you Bears.
