It was our first time here. Exceptional customer service, especially Nina! She was very friendly & always smiling. And the food, was so delicious the meat was so tender , it melted in your mouth. The Mac & cheese was very good, I wanted to ask for the recipe 😁

We ordered delivery, but when it arrived, we discovered our order was missing multiple items. We contacted the delivery service and were told they wouldn't refund us (Uber Eats, shame on you)...however, after hearing this, Bear's manager, John, went above and beyond to make sure we got our missing meal by delivering the food himself. Yes, Bear's has good BBQ, but their customer service is even better! Thank you, John!

Not everything will be a home run everyday. So maybe this was just an off day. On a weekend right at dinnertime I had the Bear Attack with pulled chicken, and sweet BBQ sauce on the side. The cornbread is more like corn cake, it is very very sweet. Unfortunately the mac and cheese was stuck to the corn cake inseparably making the mac and cheese very sweet as well. And other than the sweetness, the mac and cheese was bland (tasteless really) next to the cornbread. About half of...
