My wife and I recently stopped in for some hot chocolate. We both found it to be quite watered down, lacking any real richness or chocolate flavor. We brought this up with the manager who became strangely…defensive? As if she took personally my disappointment in the quality of the premade chocolate mix served up to us. Each beverage was 16oz and $6 with tax. A terrible deal no matter how you see it. Ben and Jerry’s of all places has the ingredients to make a quality hot chocolate, yet instead charges NYC coffee house prices for warmed up chocolate milk served with a low rent vendetta on the side. Very strange to say the least…

7 dollars for 2 scoops of ice cream and 1.19 cents for half a spoon of sprinkles . That's outrageous . And no option of one scoop or kid size . The staff doesn't disclose the extra charges correctly . Seriously overpriced! The extra star because the ice cream tastes good .

We usually take our daughter to Ben &Jerry when we go to Evergreen Walk. Ice cream is good , but overpriced, last time we paid $9 for small Lemonade sorbet with sprinkles. The lady who works there was very nice but she asked my 7 years old daughter if she wants rainbow sprinkles for PRIDE PARADE!!! I think it’s so inappropriate and unacceptable. Didn’t want to be rude and tell her that in front of kids and other customers, but next time I’ll talk to manager if it will happen again. Im not against it, but don’t push it on kids.

Really nice staff and great ice cream but we love their caramel macchiato shakes and the last 5 times we have gotten them they have been milk. They Need to work on milkshakes Defintely - straight milk for $15 not cool

Yikes! Other reviews about portion sizes are spot on. Got two measly scoops of ice cream on a cone. Not in a cone , on a cone.They put the scoops atop and don’t even fill the cone so it seems the ice cream is about to fall off. So cheap and stingy for a $8 ice cream.

I have allergies to gluten and dairy. On multiple occasions the manager, Linda, has helped me figure out what was safe for me to eat. She even went out of her way to make a special ice cream cake for me. The atmosphere in the store is always fun and welcoming.
