One of the biggest highlights? The late-night ballpark hot dogs. It was such a fun, unexpected touch, and our guests loved it. So many told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had.

Brasasto catered our daughter's wedding on Oct 12 and I cannot give enough praise! The appetizers were fantastic and plentiful. We did a buffet dinner, again the food was fantastic. It was hot, amazing variety and plenty of it. Our guests raved about the food. Plus his servers were excellent, they constantly kept the dinner going with serving salads, filling water, clearing etc. I HIGHLY recommend Mike and his team!!!!!!!

We hired Brasato to cater our wedding on September 25th, and it could not have been a better experience. Brasato offered a large variety of delicious and unique dishes, including options for guests with allergies. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the tasting was awesome! At the wedding, they made sure the amazing appetizers were readily available. The buffet was set up well, the food was always hot, and trays were consistently replaced before they were empty. There was a staff member there to assist anyone with questions and help people with special dietary needs find food that would agree with them. We had numerous guests raving that it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding, and we’re still hearing about it over 2 weeks later! Brasato went above and beyond to provide top notch service from start to finish, we are very grateful we didn’t have to worry about a thing and that all the food was such a hit! My only regret was not getting to enjoy more of the appetizers. We would highly recommend Brasato to anyone and everyone, it was a fantastic experience!
