We have had issues with their pizza’s being burnt to a crisp before. I mean black burn marks all over and rock hard crust etc. We actually tolerated it a few times and thought maybe they are going through issues with staffing etc. Prob the third or fourth time, I called and spoke to one of the owners. We are regulars here, and tonight was another example of why we will continue to frequent this business. We received the wrong order by accident when we picked it up. We called and they IMMEDIATELY rectified it by not making us come out there, but offering and delivering the correct order. We LOVE Buckland Grill and Pizza!!
Yesterday I stopped for the first time as I was in the area.
I walked through the fires and was welcomed by the Manager Mike T.
Honestly… He treated me like I was an “Old Friend.”
The experience just kept getting better from there.
The atmosphere was impeccably clean and neat.
The color schemes were warm, classy and inviting.
The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and timely.
