Typically, this place is amazing! The food tastes good and everything is fine. However, EVERY SINGLE TIME we order online, they forget something. However, it’s only with this location that it has happened as far as i recall. Dunkin’ Donuts, please pay attention to our orders.
I do order ahead here all the time for work functions, my order is always ready and time and even better I’m greeted with so many smiles when I come in! The staff is wonderful, positive, sweet, and kind. It makes my day!

The young woman that took our order was kind enough to let us know we qualified for an extra donut since I purchased a specialty donut that didn’t come with the discount combo. She was also kind to suggest toasting & buttering my muffin. Yum! D&D is still & always will be my favorite coffee spot.
Parking: Ample parking lot which is free & very close to entrance.
Kid-friendliness: The refreshers, coolatta’s & season theme donut for holidays really are excellent for the kids. Also now with the mobile app for those over 13 combined with the automatic reload up to a preset dollar amount it’s so much easier & affordable with points for items.

This has to be the nicest interaction I had in a very long time during my most recent visit to a fast food business. On a bright Sunday morning, I headed to the Dunkin' Donuts near me to pick up some breakfast for myself and a few pals. In addition to receiving excellent customer service, alongside to treating me with respect, a young man by the name of "Arsh" took the time out of his day to get to know me as a person. This young man not only brought such a good name to his Dunkin' Doughnuts, but he also made it an area where courtesy and compassion are shown. As someone who has frequented many and plenty of fast food restaurants, I had never had anyone ask me about my day and even give motivation to help me get through the day. I really appreciate this kind interaction as we don't receive it as frequently.
