During my visit, my personal experience as a customer was not bad, however, I observed behavior from a manager that was concerning and unprofessional. The manager spoke to employees in a harsh and disrespectful tone and was visibly upset, slamming items while working. Very child like.

I witnessed the manager single out one employee, a very kind woman and repeatedly belittle and mock her in front of others. The manager appeared to target this same employee consistently for no clear reason. As a regular customer, I have noticed many new employees come and go, yet this same employee continues to be treated poorly by the same manager.

This behavior creates what appears to be a hostile work environment. The manager’s attitude was rude, aggressive, and inappropriate. I felt uncomfortable witnessing how employees were treated and felt sympathy for those working under her supervision.

As a valued customer, this is disappointing to observe, and it raises concerns about workplace culture and management conduct. I believe the manager goes by the name Sapphire.

This Dunkin used to be good. Not anymore. If you expect your sandwich to be assembled by a toddler, come here. If you expect your order to be wrong, come here. If you want slow service come here. Just go to any other Dunkin. I used to go here 3 or 4 times a week for lunch. Egg/cheese on a plain bagel is such a hard order for them to get right it's incredible. I don't go here anymore, it's not worth it.

I just wanna know if the person making the sandwich would be satisfied? Bagel and cream cheese add bacon Literally half a piece of bacon and maybe a teaspoon of cream cheese for six dollars…. Getting over $16 an hour to still mess up people’s orders pathetic

All good....but there is a girl who work in the afternoon talk soooo loud ....non stop....I came to work on my laptop little bit and I have no idea how she talk so loud ...really I got headache 😩 😫 I used to work at dunkin donut before and when we have customer at the lobby...we don't talk like that...and we work more than we talk.
I hope the manager can talk to her because she us soooo loud and other customer was next to me and he was bothered too.

This place I love it...have great service ...but I gave it 4 stars just for the sound of music is too high. Most of the time I came here for work on my laptop and the music is too high. Hopefully can make sure the volume is low so customers won't be bothered. Thank you

I placed an order for a large latte a few minutes in advance using the Dunkin' Donuts app - super convenient! When I arrived at the drive-thru, my order was already ready. All the employees I interacted with were super pleasant and accommodating. My drink was delicious as usual. This was a nice experience!

This is a decent dunkin' donuts. They are generally fast and accurate at the drive-thru. Same deal with going in - basically it's never busy and there's never anybody sitting there so you're always going to be able to take your time ordering and ensure you do it properly. Employees are generally helpful. The store is clean and well organized.

Received undrinkable coffee here the other night. Drive through is terrible, order shorted tonight. Have been asked several times if I want my cold brew hot? Staff is mostly kids and don’t really care about service. Wouldn’t recommend.
