This is a decent dunkin' donuts. They are generally fast and accurate at the drive-thru. Same deal with going in - basically it's never busy and there's never anybody sitting there so you're always going to be able to take your time ordering and ensure you do it properly. Employees are generally helpful. The store is clean and well organized.

Received undrinkable coffee here the other night. Drive through is terrible, order shorted tonight. Have been asked several times if I want my cold brew hot? Staff is mostly kids and don’t really care about service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Standard Dunkin donuts. Ordered from here a few times on the way to work every time they are cheap. One napkin coffee is always messed up and if you order munchkins or bagel bites or bacon the staff can't count and give you less than what you pay for. Today they forgot my donut messed my coffee up even though it was a mobile order and I got one bagel bites instead of three. I won't be going here anymore

Absolutely terrible customer service, asking for a drink off the menu and the person in the drive thru giving me a nasty attitude. They proceed to take forever with no one at the store yet get my order wrong. When I told the person at the pick up the manager on duty proceeds to mouth off and go on a tangent which went on for another few minutes. Appalling. I will not recommend anyone to stop here.

This dunkin location has the best employees ? hands down there everyone there is beyond amazing and very respectful, they know me so well that my coffe is already made before I step foot thru the door, I just want to say thank you to the g.m and to every employee here, yall go above n beyond for your customers ??
