Employees are incredibly LOUD. Lots of yelling back and forth. Customers don't need to hear all about your personal drama and problems.

Absolutely terrible customer service, asking for a drink off the menu and the person in the drive thru giving me a nasty attitude. They proceed to take forever with no one at the store yet get my order wrong. When I told the person at the pick up the manager on duty proceeds to mouth off and go on a tangent which went on for another few minutes. Appalling. I will not recommend anyone to stop here.

This dunkin location has the best employees ? hands down there everyone there is beyond amazing and very respectful, they know me so well that my coffe is already made before I step foot thru the door, I just want to say thank you to the g.m and to every employee here, yall go above n beyond for your customers ??

Seriously, how does someone order a simple coffee and sandwich and that order is messed up... no one person in the drive through nor inside at 640 am . Coffee taste old and my simple Ham and Swiss croissant is cold, still frozen in the middle. I drive a total of 8 mins to my office Hartford.This is my 4 time and I give you guys a chance and even today in the 4th time my order is a disaster and or just substandard .

The service in the drive through for this dunkin was okay. Not very fast. Probably understaffed due to 4th july. A smile on the servers face could have been great.As far as the food , dunkin is always a great choice for a quick coller and a snackI really love the stuffed bagel mini bites . Warm filled with cream cheese is too good.

I placed a mobile order today at 10.43 am, just 4 items. When I went to the drive thru pickup and came home, I found out that one of the items that I placed order was missing. This is not the first time it’s happening. It happened multiple times. This is not acceptable. Please train your employees to double check before they give the food to the customer. And the employees in this Dunkin’ Donuts keep changing very often. So that the reason for my 1 star rating.

Only DD I would go to up until now 12/22. Since last week idk what happened. Every iced coffee I get is foul. They’re not mixing the iced coffee in the container it is dispensed from, before dispensing it. The people that work there don’t even know that it is supposed to be done. Without fail, after receiving a filthy cofffee from them, I go inside to tell them that I’d rather get a new one instead of wasting almost 4 dollars, and instead of realizing what’s wrong, they look at you like YOUR the issue, then proceed to give you another coffee out of the same un-mixed dispenser. Awful customer service. If I could leave no stars I would. I spent over $100 a week there for years. Never again. ??
