This establishment has been taking advantage of South Windsor’s young, hardworking teenagers for way too long and it has to stop. I implore anyone with a shred of empathy and anyone with a social justice bone in their body to not give this place your business. If you ask any South Windsor teenager about this place, they will fill you in on this restaurant’s dirty secret and that is that they simply do not pay their employees. From the cooks to the teenagers working in the front of the house, to the bartenders and the dedicated friend of the owner who keeps this place running, barely. None of them get paid for the hours they work. Now, if this restaurant was struggling and not making money enough money to pay the bills, this review would have a very different tone, but that is not the case. The business and the owner are doing fine. Except, the owner, Chris, takes the money from the restaurant and goes on booze filled gambling binges for weeks at a time and not even his wife knows where he is. He takes the hard earned money that he is supposed to be using to pay his employees and uses it for his own immoral pleasures. He then leaves it to his wife to make up excuses as to why the paychecks are late or are simply not coming. As someone who works with young people in town, I have spoken with many of the previous and current employees and have found that the excuses this establishment uses keep getting recycled and reused as people quit and are replaced. Have you ever wondered why you consistently see new faces every time you go in to pick up your food? It is because the employees quickly realize that they are not getting paid, and are left with no choice but to quit. I agree that they make a great product, their pizzas are delicious, until you realize that they are made on the backs of slave laborers. If you need verification, next time you go in, ask the front counter worker when the last time they got a full paycheck was or ask them how much back pay they are owed. The answer will shock you. The good thing is that there is no shortage of decent, responsible alternatives to get your food.

Good value for your money. Stopped in at lunchtime and I was the only one there but serving size is what got this rating. Quality, freshness, and taste was very good.

Pizza was some of the best in CT north of Hartford. Great crust, sauce and fresh mozzarella. Wings were good, hot sauce had a good flavor without being too spicy. Service was friendly and prices are pretty standard for the type of pizza and quality. Will be back!

In summary, go elsewhere for food. The ownership and management are horrendous. How they are still in business is beyond my comprehension.

We ate in and had a $63 bill. $76 with tip. The waitress charged us the wrong amount which we told her. She tried to fix it saying she doesn't know how and there is no manager on duty. We walk out paying the total due of $76. A few days later we get another charge. Long story short, after dispute, we end up still paying $25 extra for THEIR mistake. It's not going to break us but it's the principal. Shady that we end up paying extra for their management issues. Be wary going here and, needless to say, we won't be back.

I came in for lunch today at Joe's pizza. They had just opened an hour before. The entire restaurant (floors, tables, and bar) was filthy. I have eaten here before twice for takeout. The first pizza we got was good. The second time we got the same thing, and the dough was raw. It was disgusting. Their prices are not matching up with their quality of product or service. Today I gave them one last chance; I got a chicken parm grinder (figured I better stay away from the pizza). The chicken was ok. The bread for the grinder was stale. They toasted it, and we all know what happens when you toast stale bread! I ate the chicken without the bread. There was very little sauce and cheese also. I do not recommend this restaurant, and I will not be returning. Food for thought...Possibly your quality of service declined when you opened more locations.

First time back since they reopened and the food has definitely picked it up a notch or two. They seem understaffed which I'm assuming is why they took a hiatus for a few months. Our bartender did a great job despite being the only person working on her side of the restauraunt.

The pictures are self explanatory. Bitter, overpriced, gross. ?

As an Atlien whose city consists of Qing shops at every glance. I can truly say these are garbage. I really really regretted buying them. It's like they cooked them with absolutely 0 seasoning. And the sauce the used was awful. Spent the rest of the night trying to get them to taste good. No matter how much hot sauce and ranch I used I swear they were the worst Qing I can ever remember ingesting..

its unfortunate they are closed down. you would think they would post a sign or post on facebook if they are permanently or temporary closed. they have good pizza. everything else is good but expect a mess on the plate. i can see why its closed sometimes, its not consistent. every time i ordered a pizza it was always made different, it was good but just different every time...
