Specifically went here for the Pokemon collaboration. At this location we were told the B2G1 deal had to be through the app, so we sign up while in the store, order the drinks only to be told AFTER receiving the order that they ran out of the Pokemon toppers and cups weeks ago. The employee should have communicated that sooner since it was the only reason we were there.
The drinks were fine, but if you advertise a collaboration you should 1. Send the stores more supplies, and 2. Let customers know ahead of time BEFORE they order that you are out of supplies, especially for how much this company charges for drinks.
EDITED TO ADD: Yes, I understand getting the collab early to guarantee supplies. That's not the point, the point of my review is we were not told the supplies were out by the cashier who knew we were there for the collaboration until AFTER we had placed the order in FRONT of them. We wouldn't have placed the order and spent the money if we had known not to waste our time beforehand.

Love the bubble tea there! I talked to cashier named Shia, really kind and great service!! I got a coconut milk tea with boba and I am very satisfied! Will be coming back.

My son and I are addicted to KFT! My son always gets the iced cocoa, but I try a different tea beverage every time (today’s was lychee black tea) and haven’t been disappointed yet! No more expensive than Starbucks. The staff are always friendly, taking the time to greet customers coming in, even when they’re busy. Fantastic as a weekly treat.

The boba tea was horrible. Asked for a refund or at least a remake and was flat out refused. Horrible customer service. Will never be ba k again.

The passion fruit green tea was perfect. I added boba toppings, and it was chewy and delicious❤️ I also liked the variety of drink options. Definitely a nice refresher to say the least. Fast and efficient service as well. The staff is nice and friendly as well

My girls got the Barbie Pink-ade and Dream Swirl drinks and those were great. Another also got an Oreo Slush and that was good too. My husband and I got the Dubai Chocolate Wow, while he was ok with it I was not. It literally felt like I paid for a cup of chocolate milk. Yeah it had pistachio shavings in it and boba but nothing great about it. Taste was a huge let down, basic. So I decided to try another drink, Pistachio Latte. Another let down. Didn’t taste the espresso but did have a chemical like after taste. *cringe* I tried to convince myself to like it but no. I also noticed while it was being made that water was added to it, taking away its suppose creaminess, definitely tasted watered down.
Love love love coming here! They have so much to choose from.. milk teas, slushes, fruit teas, and so much more. Workers are super nice and patient and always greet me with a big smile. Highly recommend!

Wanted to come here to try the “Dubai Chocolate Strawberries” and left with regret . First off looked on the poster outside of the store it said “Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Vanilla Sundae” and then a chocolate version and then just the regular dubai strawberries. A worker told my mom they didn’t have the sundaes even though it was promoted on the poster outside to make it seem like they do , so my mom wasn’t able to get what she had intended to get i got the chocolate dubai strawberries it was 10 dollars definitely not worth the money they barley put any of the pistachio cream i literally could have made this at home and the lady with the hat was very rude .

Dubai chocolate Strawberry. Nothing but big chunks of strawberries dipped in hersheys chocolate syrup with pistachio cream. Maybe a horrible choice to pick , but the horrible and rude manager will make sure we never return or recommend this place to anyone.
