Really Panera bread? Ordered two meals which were fine. We got one fork and these were our two sides of bread. One generously sized fresh hunk of bread and one hard dry tiny chunk. Who is packing these bags? As others have said- the quality of customer service and attention to detail at this location is significantly lacking compared to other locations.
