Panera bread is definitely a safer choice while eating out. My favorite is the Chicken Avocado melt sandwich with the squash soup. Always opted for pickup, haven’t eaten inside the store. Service has been prompt, no issues with the order.

Do Not Pickup in Drive Thru if you want the food you ordered and not a random grab. Take your order out and check it entirely before leaving.
We ordered to pickup at the drive thru using the app. After some confusion with pickup (the service window operator didn’t know who we were when we got there for our turn), we verified we had the right number of items in the bag. When we got home, we discovered that one of the soups was wrong. There is no method to provide this feedback to the store.

Went to get a sandwich, chicken bacon, ranch and when I tell you, they are cheap and getting cheap cheaper with the food portion it’s ridiculous being the cost for a sandwich.

Orderd on kiosk and then stepped up to the counter. I was ignored for quite some time while the worker was sweeping. No one was attending to my order until the guy sweeping finally asked me if I needed something. I told him I placed an order on kiosk. He yelled to someone and then that person came to the front and started bagging my bagels. There was no option to purchase a tub of cream cheese with my half dozen bagels. Also Panera only has 2 cream cheese flavors and used to have better options.

Avocado toast was an untoasted piece of bread with unripe avocado and overseasoned. Pretty terrible, it's tough to screw up avocado toast, but they did, royally.
I love this place staff is so friendly,attentive and takes care of there customers. Fresh coffee available all the time. Clean place.

My ranch salad was bland and heavily over dressed. My wife's strawberry fruit was excellent.The spicy corn chowder was very good. Mary's half tuna salad sandwich was fine. This is a super dull review because I'm tired. Enjoy.
