DO NOT order online here - Especially baked goods if you order online and you do not pick them up right away they even if it says it’s ready they will give your order away to other customers that come first unfortunately. I wasted my time ordering online (we get bagels here for Xmas every year) - i got an email it was ready and when I drove down they couldn’t find the order- I even had to provide them with the order number to even get a refund. They offered me nothing not even to order bagels for another day. Wasted mine and my kids time.

This Panera restaurant is as good or better than any other, however... The quality of the bagels at all Paneras (I've been to many) is terrible since they changed their baking methodology. How shall I put this delicately.... they suck now. Sorry Panera, but it's true - you really ruined a good thing. Now to reiterate, this Panera restaurant is as good a Panera you will find. My comments are related to upper Panera management, which has ruined a good thing. 🙁

The iced coffee was *perfectly* brewed A lot of Panera iced coffee is really watered down but on 11/11, this iced coffee tasted so good. *chef's kiss*
However you brew your iced coffee, please tell all the Paneras to do the same.

This Panera location is in Springfield, Massachusetts. It was easily accessed on exit #5 from route 91 going North. It was spotless, open and airy and the food choices were excellent. Restrooms were also excellent. I’m glad we stopped here and will definitely include this location when we travel again next time.

Panera never fails getting it right!!! Had it delivered chili on a rainy day hit the spot. Nice plenty of flavor with a very mild hot chili taste. Delivery person James was very professional and hand delivered it to the door on a rainy day. Very cool!!!

I love Panera and am a big fan of their food. However, lately, any time I get a salad they skimp out on the dressing. It's been getting worse and worse. It's gotten to the point where I may begin to order my salads elsewhere. The dressing container is already smaller than you would get from a lot of other restaurants and that is assuming that they actually fill it. This tiny container has been half full at best lately and this time it's more like a quarter full. Such a small amount of dressing. Do better Panera. Stop being stingy.

Paid $17 for a half Greek Salad with Chicken and a cup of tomato soup with a medium drink. No chicken on the salad. A whole ton of banana peppers tho! 🙄
