Shake Shack Evergreen Walk

First time trying shake shack and I would say it didn’t disappoint, burgers tasted good, decent sized and price, the chicken bites are small but didn’t taste bad. Service was quick and the kiosk option is great. The outdoor seating is nice and big to enjoy a quick bite.

UPDATE: The burgers don’t taste the same , employees are not putting an effort into preparing the food. They all look like they don’t want to work . Disappointment.

Food is pretty good

Food was disgusting and made incorrectly. Employees had bad attitudes and this was on Mother's Day.

So very disappointed , I had been wanting to try this place for every long time.And heard good things, however that was not my experience. I ordered the shack shack I believe bacon cheeseburger. Somehow I did not notice that it had extremely spicy peppers that goes on it, however, that should not have mattered as I ordered mine completely plain. They still put the peppers on mine. I am. I am extremely sensitive to anything spicy , ( for comparison Doritos are a little spicey for me) So it i spent almost sixty dollars on the food for everyone only to have a burger that I could not eat. Also I ordered the very expensive oreo chocolate milkshake.And there's no oreo. Needless to say, I doubt I will ever be returning. I am very disappointed and extremely upset!!!!! Pic is of my burger I took the peppers off thought the ketchup and mayo might offset the peppers, no not at all cannot eat it and and the whole thing made me completely lose any appetite.I might have had.

Thought it was overpriced for the food that we got. However burgers were good

For a chain restaurant, the burgers are really good. My son loves the place. I think the shakes aren't the best, though

The facility was very clean, staff were organized and the food was pretty good. My first time here was a good experience.

It's always a vibe at this location. The staff is friendly and don't forget to give a tip.

This is the third Shake Shack we visit in the state and it was disappointing! I’ll start off by saying the staff just needs to be replaced completely not one person in there was welcoming, they all looked miserable! Secondly they clearly can’t handle when it gets busy the food takes a long time and it’s not even accurate when you get it! And they don’t even communicate to you about it, if we didn’t notice they wouldn’t have said anything. We will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely mangled last time I went it seemed like they ran my bun under a cold tap. It was completely waterlogged and freezing cold. Bizzar experience that ull avoid by never returning.

10000000x Way better than West Hartford location!!!! Cleaner, friendlier, organized and less greasier double stack burgers. West Hartford location lacks customer service a d don’t want to be bothered.

It’s a great Shake Shack! The sitting outside is very nice, the service is super friendly! It’s very clean! Everything was great!
