Shake Shack Evergreen Walk

This is the third Shake Shack we visit in the state and it was disappointing! I’ll start off by saying the staff just needs to be replaced completely not one person in there was welcoming, they all looked miserable! Secondly they clearly can’t handle when it gets busy the food takes a long time and it’s not even accurate when you get it! And they don’t even communicate to you about it, if we didn’t notice they wouldn’t have said anything. We will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely mangled last time I went it seemed like they ran my bun under a cold tap. It was completely waterlogged and freezing cold. Bizzar experience that ull avoid by never returning.

10000000x Way better than West Hartford location!!!! Cleaner, friendlier, organized and less greasier double stack burgers. West Hartford location lacks customer service a d don’t want to be bothered.

Our order (which is very basic) is literally ALWAYS wrong, and takes forever to fix. We have been going here for a while but for the last two months this keeps happening. Truly always wrong. Not worth it.

this shake shack location is different than any other I have visited. I would say we have purchased food 5 times so far and every time there is an issue. The last time I put in an order inside then went outside to wait for it. The cashier read back the order several times before completing it and so I knew it was correct. Well, she only brought out half the order about 20 mins later (it was not busy) and then advised she would return with the rest… and never did. When I went inside to express this I was ignored. The manager did come out, after 40 mins and 2 more failed attempts at getting our order. I hope this location steps up their service and accuracy with orders because it really is a great location for the restaurant.

Always a good time for shake shack, and this location never disappoints. I’m from NYC and going to college in western mass, this is the closest one to where I’m at and it hits every time. It’s definitely worth the 1 hour drive there and back.

For mini milkshakes we waited 40 min. Worst experience

I left this evening after waiting over an hour for an order that never arrived. I didn't even have a chance to talk to anyone about it, as there was a long line of other people waiting to complain. It hadn't even been crowded when I arrived. I'd recommend avoiding this location, at least until they figure themselves out.

WORST shake shack I’ve ever been to. They have one working kiosk for the entire store and then when you try and use the cash register, nobody helps you. Half of my party ordered online because the wait was egregious…well turns out that wasn’t any better. It took 25 minutes for a burger and we saw it sitting ready to be picked up for 15 minutes. But nobody was helpful at all and plenty of orders were just sitting there. Horrible experience and will never ever go again.

Me and multiple people ordered in the kiosk and orders were somehow “missed” according to one of the staff members. I waited longer than usual and the Burger was not warm and I dined in. I am Not happy with the service here compared to other locations I’ve been to.
