Shake Shack Evergreen Walk

Overall, it was okay — not the best experience but still decent. I tried the French Onion Burger, and honestly, I wouldn’t order it again; the original ShackBurger is much better in flavor and balance. However, the milkshake was excellent — rich, creamy, and probably the highlight of the meal. The service was quick, and the restaurant was clean as always. Not my favorite Shake Shack visit, but still a solid spot for a good burger and a great shake.

Rude! The employees ignored me and my husband as we waited at the counter for over 5 minutes when we were attempting to order our food. We were paying with cash so we couldn't order at the automated screens. They walked by many times with no acknowledgement. I realize they were busy but all I wanted was a little courtesy - it's as simple as saying I will be right with you! The food was really good so the people in the back knew what they were doing but the front employees needmore training.

I guess manager is taking the day off called the managers office many times and no answer! 👍🏻

Food was absolutely gross and my drink came out all melted and wasn’t full. I don’t know if they were just having an off day, but this was very distasteful and a waste of money.

First time trying shake shack and I would say it didn’t disappoint, burgers tasted good, decent sized and price, the chicken bites are small but didn’t taste bad. Service was quick and the kiosk option is great. The outdoor seating is nice and big to enjoy a quick bite.

UPDATE: The burgers don’t taste the same , employees are not putting an effort into preparing the food. They all look like they don’t want to work . Disappointment.

Food was disgusting and made incorrectly. Employees had bad attitudes and this was on Mother's Day.
