10000000x Way better than West Hartford location!!!! Cleaner, friendlier, organized and less greasier double stack burgers. West Hartford location lacks customer service a d don’t want to be bothered.

Always a good time for shake shack, and this location never disappoints. I’m from NYC and going to college in western mass, this is the closest one to where I’m at and it hits every time. It’s definitely worth the 1 hour drive there and back.

Very cold like atmosphere. I find the burgers to be a tad too small. The flavor is excellent, but 4-5 bites later, it's gone. I like the Chocolate shakes but also could be a tad larger.

Parking: Parking lot is tight. If your driving a large pick up or car, multi turns will be needed to get in the space.
