The bartender, Nathan made my birthday lunch a spectacular experience. The service and experience was so amazing, that going forward I’m going to call the mill to make sure he is working when I plan to come. 15/10 would recommend!

We had our Thanksgiving dinner here last night, and could not have asked for a better meal! EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious. Service was impeccable and the atmosphere was very New England. I absolutely recommend, and can’t wait to return.

My husband and I love this restaurant! Tonight we had another great dinner, the prime rib is amazing! Really good ceasar salad and cocktails too. I highly recommend for a date night or family gathering. The food is so good and service is top notch!

Went for happy hour and couldn't have had a worse experience. Waiter was rude and took 22 minutes to come to our table to even give us a menu and then gave us an attitude when it was time to order. Food came out before our drinks and was mediocre at best. Absolutely not return.

My wife and I went last week to celebrate our anniversary. We usually go to Cal's in West Springfield but decided to try the Mill this year...
The good:
Our waiter was very nice and very attentive. The atmosphere was nice. The seafood fra diavolo was delicious.
The bad:
As soon as we ordered two waiters collided and spilled hot au jus all down my wife's back. They comped us a dessert for it. I was surprised we never saw a manager, no formal apology, no offer to clean the shirt.
The portions are a little small compared to their sister restaurants.
The scallops were gritty.
No salad included with the meal.
The wine is a small pour at a long pour price.
Glad we went but next time we'll stick with the old faithful!

This was the last meal we had while on our trip in Connecticut, and we're glad we didn't leave it off the list. Ordered what our waiter recommended and was not disappointed! Especially loved the sea bass, though I substituted the clams for shrimp. Would come back again!
