It was difficult to give this a four star rating when part of me really wanted to give it a 3. Made reservations for dinner. The two young hostesses at the door had all the enthusiasm and charm of a thorn in a heel. They lack refinement of people working in the hospitality and restaurant business. Absolutely sterile when it came to making us feel welcome. Showed us to a table which also lacked a scene of the river I had requested. The menus had bits of food residue on them...

Went here for my wife and I's anniversary and it was excellent. Service was top notch, food was great, and we were treated to a glass of champagne and dessert on the house to celebrate. Will absolutely be coming back.

An absolutely stunning evening sitting on the river and enjoying a fabulous menu. This is one of the best places I have visited in CT. The menu is comprehensive and I think there are no bad choices!
