Wish I could give this place more than five stars. We usually go to our breakfast spot in Glastonbury where we reside close by. A family member who lives here in South Windsor suggested this place. Just delicious. We had their house hash, eggs cooked to perfection just the way I asked…, bacon, waffles, ham, coffee, hot chocolate. Fantastic service…Friendly warm and family environment. Amazing! We will be back!

We had a good time and a good breakfast. I had the Crossfitter, we shared the Bananas Foster Pancakes, and my partner had the biscuits and gravy platter (not pictured). Only complaint was that I initially ordered an unsweetened iced tea, which unfortunately was spoiled.

Food was great. Service was wonderful. Our coffee cups were never empty. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The gentleman that brought out our breakfast was super kind and made us smile.
We had a great breakfast here. Their home fries aren't deep fried but if you ask for extra crispy they put a nice sear that creates a crust with extra flavor on the potatoes. Pancakes were fluffy and cooked to perfection. French toast was delicious. Eggs cooked exactly how we ordered. Coffee was nice and strong and kept flowing.
Atmosphere is nice. Very cozy and if there's not a large group it's on the quieter side. There was a big party of women that looked like a group of friends that got together for breakfast. They were so cute and fun to watch as they socialized. They brought a whole vibe to the restaurant. When they left it got really quiet with several tables of two eating.
Decor is cozy, farmish with cute signs. I like it. There's booths, tables and barstool counters. I would go again and recommend this establishment to others.

Apple pancakes were some of the best I have had. Excellent bene sauce for huevos rancheros option. Atmosphere is cozy and friendly. Wish I lived closer.

Our first time in Connecticut. Looked online for a good rated, local restaurant to grab some food. Stopped here mid-morning to have breakfast. We were happy to have missed the morning breakfast rush of people. We were seated and served by Melinda. She was wonderful. I lucked up by getting the Apple crisp pancakes special for that day. Very, very good! Not overly sweet, but delicious. The rest of our meal was good as well. Thanks again, Melinda.

I agree it was busy. And I didn't mind waiting for a seat. But our waitress forgot our coffee. She never came back. Asked us how our food was. Mine was cold. I'm not eating cold eggs. Then she never came back for another 40 minutes to give us our check. Been there a few times. Probably will take a break from it.

Overall: This place is a diner that's got some good and some bad, but nothing that makes it not worthy of trying; it's worth a shot and could be your next favorite!
The coffee was above average for diners, that's a solid bonus.
Food:
-The food seemed overly spiced, for everyone. I was legitimately visibly sweating from the heat. This is a neutral due to preference.
-The home fries are a miss, something about them was off in a bad way, 2/3 of the party couldn't finish them. Maybe it was our batch?
-Aside from these critiques, the food was good!
Service was nothing special but also wasn't bad.
Restrooms for men were clean and tidy, but for the women there was dried up pee all over the seat.
