Never had an issue at this location. I’m also very aware of how busy they are everyday probably one of the busiest in our area. I think a little more understanding and appreciation of the people who are here doing the job to make us happier. Have always been greeted with kindness and is everyone perfect these days is what we really need to think about things happen let’s be a little more understanding and positive. All you see in these reviews these days is complaints and sadly the days of the customer is always right is out the door. No need to be so entitled. Be compassionate and kind it cost nothing. By no means at all is it easy to work in customer service our world has changed Tremendously has made it even harder at times. So thank you guys at Dunkin for doing what you do you are appreciated.

This was a great experience! They had great service inside and outside! The munchkins were probably the best thing there! Would recommend!

Apparently, the employees at this location are not concerned with friendly nor speedy service. Unfortunately, once I was in the drive-thru line, I was stuck there and spent 24 minutes waiting for the 4-5 cars in front of me to be served before I got to the window and waited several more minutes for my beverage. This is absolutely not what I expect from this business, especially on a Sunday afternoon. At least my coffee was made correctly this time.

I order the same thing every time I go to Dunkin, and I always get a large iced matcha latte with less ice. Well, I ordered my drink and when it came out it was half full. The manager (?) there defended the half full cup, saying that with less ice there’s less drink too. I’ve never heard or seen this at any other Dunkin I’ve been to, like I said I always get less ice. So my question to the owners of this establishment: Are you really going to go bankrupt over a couple tablespoons of milk??? Shouldn’t the value of having repeat customers who leave happy be worth more than some milk?

It’s the same amount of matcha, 4 scoops for a large, and instead of your team actually following the prompts ON THE ACTUAL CUP, they fill it to the brim with ice and you’re left with less of a drink than you paid for anyway. Ice in a regular drink should not pass 3/4 full of the cup. There’s a little ice image on the cup itself to back this up. I mean really, my drink is already about $5. So I’m paying $5 for 99% ice, 4 teaspoons of powder and a half filled cup of milk. I just don’t understand how this greediness can be so present with the owners. And I feel bad for the workers, not the management whatsoever. Just the minimum wage workers who get barked at daily by angry customers over this ridiculous rule. Do better.

Edit: Don’t even get me started on the wait times if you dare step inside to order. They pretty much ignore everyone except for the drive thru. Also if you order a sandwich, expect a 30 min wait and then cold food. ?

How hard is it to make a breakfast sandwich? Stop serving uncooked bacon.

Pretty basic dunkin donuts. Nice people and good service. Some days and times busier and slower than others.

Honestly, I’m always disappointed in the quality of the coffee. I have started going to Somers because they are always consistently good. Sorry, just how I feel right now. Maybe it will change.

Food almost always comes out cold or still frozen. Donuts don’t seem to be fresh. It doesn’t seem like a store who gets their donuts from a central bakery. They seem to be the frozen type which are reheated. Coffee in most days tastes burnt. Especially the cold brew. It also depends on who makes the coffee if it will taste good if you add flavors and cream. This dunkin was usually a hit or miss but now unfortunately it’s almost always a miss. It’s unfortunate they went down hill and it’s not like they are cheap anymore. They are almost comparable to Starbucks in price.

This is the last time I waste my time here. And I drink a LOT of coffee. The manager that is in her 70s with white hair could care less about customer service. That's unfortunate bc the other workers were very nice. I had a problem with the app charging me but not sending the order. This is Christmas Eve, by the way. She said I don't care about your bank, all I care about is the dunkin app. The app didn't send my order, so I showed her it came out of my account. She told me it was my phone and my problem and walked away. Merry Christmas to you, too. Anyone could understand that you wouldn't want to pay 10 dollars for a coffee.

Simple order. Toasted bagel with plain cream cheese and hash browns. Bagel arrived not toasted and hash browns were cold. I took it to go, so I couldn't go back.
