We were tourists visiting Mystic, but our server Tyler made us feel like we were one of the locals and gave us great service and suggestions. I enjoyed my grilled chicken salad, and my husband enjoyed his steak and cheese grinder.

Visiting from Chicago looking for a spot to watch a Cubs game. Service and food were great! Had the meatball parm grinder and the fried chicken sandwich, both were really good. Met some nice folks and had a good time. Will go back again.

Stopped in as I was driving through. Ordered a small personal pie for my kid ...took them a half hour and then gave me an attitude when I asked where my order was. The waitress basically threw the box at me as I sat there. The pizza was ok...but not even an apology?

Gino’s Pizza makes good pizza. It sounds silly, but not all pizza joints hit the same. Gino’s provides a good pizza with a heaping amount of toppings. Each slice is packed with flavor and you’ll get full quickly. The sports bar area gets crowded, but so do most bars. It’s a decent place to spend some time watching whatever game is on while socializing with other fans. The parking lot is a good size. It’s worth stopping at Gino’s Pizza for a slice or to cheer on your team.

So, here’s the thing. I actually really love the pizza and tend to be a lil bit of a pizza snob. Today I placed an order and then went to pick it up. And my order was not made. And this is the second time this has happened. It’s really a shame because the food is good but apparently the owner doesn’t listen to his staff because this has happened many times and the staff states he doesn’t believe them. Good food, crappy service.

Also, when someone tells you, hey this isn’t the first time. You should probably do something to make it right, just saying. And I mean, come on. I still have 3 stars for the food.

(P.S. my mom went in and lost her shit on them and comped us for it. Mild redeeming. )
