They forgot my salad and called them and they said 40-45 min. Called back over a hour later I was told another 45 minutes. All I was offered was my money back and the 2nd time I called back they said I will refuse your order. Mind you I ordered my food at 5pm and it’s now 1030

When you Google it still has the Mystic address. Ordered 2 pizzas on our way hone and showed up and there's a sign on the building but no Domino's inside. I asked the clerk where is was and she replied 2 exits in the opposite direction. I wouldn't answer the phone Domino's Mystic when it's clearly in Groton. We had to call and cancel the order. We had already passed the exit and the location is not directly off the highway. Please update Google and don't use Mystic!

This is the best Dominos I have eaten. The food is ALWAYS ready on time and properly prepared. They have NEVER screwed up an order be it take out or delivery and have been early for EVERY delivery.

The first two times I came here in May the food was cooked perfectly but the last two times my order was cooked incorrectly and the service was awful. Only two people working so very short staffed and I waited an extra 20 minutes for my order. The staff was confused and getting the orders all mixed up.

One of the worst Dominoes I have ever had. Didnt realize it was coming from one of those gas station stores. Must have been premade days before and reheated before delivery. Tasted like the cardboard box it came out of. Even the kids wouldnt eat it. Also, knowing we were staying in a hotel, you would think they would include plates and napkins. Won’t be using this place ahain. On a good note… the delivery person was awesome.

A driver just tried to hit my mom and my dog while walking the neighborhood. Very clearly swerved in our direction when no other vehicles or pedestrians were in sight.
the delivery guy today is so rude and a liar. he said he was here earlier. butour supervisor who was outside doing something in the parking area didn't see anybody in ther and said that he called me but i didnt recieve any calls. we always order from them for lunch and its always 12pm for the delivery time. I tried calling the store but they woudn't amswer anymore. do not order from this store anymore. they are rude.

How do yall end up in pawketauk when someone orders delivery to groton. I just don't get it. Jeff the owner seemed like he was high on the phone I mean seriously just shut your buisness down pmease

It's a Dominos, so adjust expectations accordingly.EDIT: Went there recently for a cheap take-out meal. Walked up to counter and paid, then the guy just walked away and started doing other stuff. I was a little confused for a moment and though he was going to come back over in a second, but he just went about like I wasn't there. Just took my money and didn't give me anything in return. None of the 4 other employees noticed me still standing there either, I had to yell out to get any attention and my food. Very weird, I wouldn't be surprised if they had all smoked a bunch of weed or something before their shift lol
