One of the worst Dominoes I have ever had. Didnt realize it was coming from one of those gas station stores. Must have been premade days before and reheated before delivery. Tasted like the cardboard box it came out of. Even the kids wouldnt eat it. Also, knowing we were staying in a hotel, you would think they would include plates and napkins. Won’t be using this place ahain. On a good note… the delivery person was awesome.

A driver just tried to hit my mom and my dog while walking the neighborhood. Very clearly swerved in our direction when no other vehicles or pedestrians were in sight.

the delivery guy today is so rude and a liar. he said he was here earlier. butour supervisor who was outside doing something in the parking area didn't see anybody in ther and said that he called me but i didnt recieve any calls. we always order from them for lunch and its always 12pm for the delivery time. I tried calling the store but they woudn't amswer anymore. do not order from this store anymore. they are rude.

How do yall end up in pawketauk when someone orders delivery to groton. I just don't get it. Jeff the owner seemed like he was high on the phone I mean seriously just shut your buisness down pmease

It's a Dominos, so adjust expectations accordingly.EDIT: Went there recently for a cheap take-out meal. Walked up to counter and paid, then the guy just walked away and started doing other stuff. I was a little confused for a moment and though he was going to come back over in a second, but he just went about like I wasn't there. Just took my money and didn't give me anything in return. None of the 4 other employees noticed me still standing there either, I had to yell out to get any attention and my food. Very weird, I wouldn't be surprised if they had all smoked a bunch of weed or something before their shift lol

This is by far the most terrible Domino's I have came across. I walked in the gas station where this so ccalled business is and to my suprise was a young girl approx 20 yrs old, sitting on a table in front of the counter with her feet crossed and shoes on on the table surface. I believe in being you don't sit on a table where you eat with shoes on, so I yelled to her to get off the table because people eat from the table. This child must eat like that at home or how she was raised. A guy from behind the Dominos counter bent over the counter and yelled to me to GTF out of his store. I asked for the manager and who this jerks name was, and he replied "your're Mother" He started to come over the counter until I walked towards it and he laid right down. I told him I was contacting Corporate, and he laughed. So I went home and did what I said and was answered by a young lady who appologized and assigned a case number, apologized and told me she would contact the franchise owner and have them get back to me. Well guess what, no one contacted me, and this seems to be swept away under the carpet. I am very sorry for this business. All I wanted was food safety and for him to ask her to get off the table. So much for this store and food safety. Thanks customer support for not following up!Raymond

I'm a local and you don't ever hang up on locals. There are plenty of other options and domino'salready has a well deserved bad reputation for their customer service. Ill stick to the locsl restaurants that deserve my money and I hope other people follow my lead. I think it's more the company than the inept people they hire.

Instead of owning up to their mistake, the cashier lied saying she had seen her co-worker add the correct toppings to our pizza, and denied me a refund. Immature and irresponsible staff...

I ordered a hand tossed pizza with all the normal cheese and sauce that they put on it and honestly it was terrible. The taste was so much different than I had in the past. Did Dominos change their sauce? Won't buy one again.
