Whoever took my order in the drive-through was awful. My drink was put in wrong and when I tried to correct it, I was spoken to like I was stupid. I then ordered my food which was also put down wrong. When I got to the window, the same woman that took my order rolled her eyes and shook her head at me, after getting my entire order wrong, how ironic. The girl handing the food out the window was the only pleasant person in this whole transaction. Worst Dunkin I have EVER been to.

The coffee was like water! My husband even got a flavor on a whim—peppermint mocha—and we couldn’t tell the difference between our two lousy coffees. I’ve tried to stop going to DD because I’d rather support local businesses, so this was a great reminder for why I shld stick with that. They were really so awful and given the huge increase in prices I will not be going to DD anytime soon

I ordered 1 coffee. Pulled around to the window and then waited 15 mins for that coffee. FOUR zombified employees including a manager creeped by the window without saying a word or even making eye contact. Finally a young girl came to the window with tears and mascara running down her face and served me my coffee. The owner needs to throw the entire crew away. A group of overtired toddlers could run this establishment better. Oh and the coffee SUCKED

To rushed , don’t listen to what you say when it comes to orders , you have to say it 3 times and sound annoyed just for the workers to get your order right , I guess we have to start asking for straws when you get an iced drink bc the guy in the window just rushes me so I could leave thier drive through to make the timer on time , not organized at all , only one lady at the store makes it organized and makes sure she gets your order right , I’m about to swap to a different Dunkin and drive the extra 15 minutes to work so I don’t have to deal with these issues daily in the morning

Parking: There is about 30 parkong spots i could be wrong but the drive in is like a moving parking spot so what in the parking spot add five!
Typical Dunkin. Staff was quick & friendly. And the location is nice. But the food & coffee is mediocre at best.

I didn't get food but the coffee that I ordered was made perfectly. I told the girl at the register that I had change instead of her breaking a dollar bill she said that it was already put in I can't take my change in exchange for the dollar bill. It's simple math. At least I thought so. And I guess that's better than listening to the cussing going on behind the counter at the drive-thru
