This Dunkin is in rough shape. The women’s bathroom looks disgusting. The hand dryer looks dirty, and the floor grout is black. The door hinges are rusty and this bathroom needs a good professional cleaning. Since this is in Mystic and is used by many people it should look better.

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to - and I go to them all across the country. Northeast Midwest down South Southwest.
I had stopped at this Dunkin before, but completely remembered it wrong. .It was a bad experience before and when I went back I remembered, but still tried it again. It was a BAD Choice. I should have just driven by because the Dunkin' just south, a half mile, is infinitely better.
Not only are the people that work at this dunk and rude. But it's apparent that health code is something they only slightly care about and even the property itself. The walls and ceiling, besides being out of repair, are with employees, swatting flies away.
And then to top it all off When I went to grab my receipt the girl behind the counter accused me of taking money out of the tip jar.
I Approached the owner who did nothing said nothing didn't apologize. Just sat there with her mouth open like what I was telling her was brand new information.
I go to so many dunkin donuts around The country and I get to see every extent of service quality and restaurant conditions that you can imagine.And this is byfar without a doubt the worst Dunkin Donuts i've ever been to.

Husband ordered bagel with vegetable cream cheese, bagel with egg and cheese. Label on bag says the order. No egg and cheese. This is not the 1st time either. Get it together please.

Just ordered a medium coffee and egg and cheese wrap in drive thru. The staff was extremely rude and took 10 minutes to complete

Place is mediocre and seems to be run by highschool children i mobile ordered my food 10 mins prior to showing up, went through the 10-15 min drive through and by the time I got to the window my food and drink still wasn’t ready all I got was a coffee and bagel, I suggest the owner close down for a bit to rehire a quality staff especially over the 3 girls that were just talking this morning while not doing anything

I wanted to buy a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I went to this location around 7:30. I paid for a drink and the sandwich. One minute after that they just let me know that the kitchen was closed (closing time was 8:00pm) and they didn't know how to do a refund.

I came through here with my wife this morning to order a lot of food. Probably too much food that anyone should order from Dunkin Donuts.
Part of our order was a large hot latte. We missed our drinks the first time around, so we had to loop back around. When I came back to mention that we were missing our drinks, we were given one of the lattes and not the hot latte, it wasn't ready yet. I was surprised, considering that we gave them extra time when we made a mistake by driving off without them
I get to the job-site and realize the "hot latte" that we paid 5.19 for, was actually a large hot coffee.
I don't often regret giving tips, but I do regret tipping the people who gave me a cheaper product while charging me for an expensive one.

0/10 Dunkin’ experience. Coffee absolutely foul- even a plain black. How do you mess up black coffee?? Hash browns were okay.
Nothing is dumber than the staff trying to “beat” the service time by taking orders then asking you to pull up to wait on your order in a parking space. Hire more people. Simplify menu. Limit the size of drive through order. Those are all better options or rename drive through “park and wait”

staff was slow and sitting around doing nothing. Took like 10 minutes to get a 2 wake-up wraps and a bagel with an almost empty building
