undoubtedly the best one. i live between nyc and providence and make sure to stop here each time. always new employees as i imagine the turnover rate is quite high. sometimes its young men who are TWEAKING and other times its surly older dames. in every case, the food is nearly perfect, the decor is nearly nautical, and the vibe is nearly transcendent.

The manager (Felicia) was actually out on the floor working alongside her staff. Everyone was in their place, and doing their job efficiently.
My order came out super fast. Not only that, but the staff were really friendly.
Dunkin’ should consider themselves lucky to have Felicia as their manager.
I hope this reaches the store owner and the corporate office.

The staff is usually pretty attentive. Food is almost always served piping hot. (Which can't be said for many other Dunkin' in our area.) The cheese on my sandwich ACTUALY MELTED!!
