I review a ton of places in New England. Id love for one tine my bagel not to taste and chee like rubber. Coffee was good service was ok. Quality control needs to be better!I encourage the management to reach out, how can I help? Boston is full of foodess. You need to do better.

If I have to wait 10 or more to see someone to order it’s not worth it. Went to Starbucks down the road. More money but better quality and actually got service !

Absolutely horrors as far as service. Let’s not take orders so as to make sure statistics look good. Then let’s do everything other than fulfilling the orders

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is possibly the worst Dunkin' I've been to by far. The service has no sense of urgency and no respect for the customer. I sent in a mobile order at least 15 minutes before we got there, and the person at the window told us we were probably at the wrong Dunkin'. After insisting that we placed the order at the right Dunkin' the server finally "found" the order and started making it. I came here last year, and they charged me for a turkey sausage egg and cheese. However, I did not get the turkey sausage egg and cheese because they were out of turkey sausage, when we asked for a refund they informed us that only a manage was able to refund us and the manager had left for the day. I understood and asked for something else, but they were also out of what I asked for. I decided to leave without the sandwich because I was getting annoyed. Long story short, I assumed--last year--this was a one time mistake, but after talking to multiple relatives that have also gone to this Dunkin', as well as my two experiences, this is not the case. I encourage everyone who loves Dunkin' to not go to this disgrace of a store. They need to fire everyone, and get a new staff because everything at this location brings shame upon Dunkin's reputation.

I’ve gotten absolutely horrible service from here! I come here all the time and there’s this newer girl named Shelby that was extremely rude to me and sitting on her personal phone talking to somebody and was also rude to someone on the headset and waited 3 minutes to take their order and I was still waiting while she was still talking on the phone. I never leave reviews but this has made me very upset and angry because I’m spending money. I’m never coming back here.

I’m not one to write reviews but this is the most unorganized Dunkin I have ever seen. Placed a mobile order for 2 sandwiches, a refresher, and an apple juice. We waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes and when we got to the window nothing was ready. After waiting at the window for an additional 5 minutes without a single employees acknowledgment we were told it’ll take another 10-15 minutes. After waiting for almost 45 minutes for “fast food”, we decided to drive away with only the refresher. I took a sip of the refresher and they ADDED THE APPLE JUICE TO THE REFRESHER.

Dunkin is the best. Service, fast, every town I go it's convenient to find Dunkin, love the drive thru. Donuts and coffee with different varieties are excellent.

For some unknown reason, Dunkin' dropped some seemingly popular menu items, one of which was ham, egg & cheese sandwich. Not enough other menu items attractive to me to warrant stopping anymore.
