Dunkin'

I tried giving this Dunkin a chance after taking a break from it, they reminded me of why I stopped going to this location. There always seems to be an issue or something wrong with my drink. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again.

BEST sandwich and coffee!!! Ordered a sausage, egg & cheese on a croissant and I was floored at how good it was. The Pumpkin Spice coffee was perfection. The person who attended to me was polite and friendly but that sandwich was the bomb. The drive thru was intimidating as there was a few dudes walking around.. but not Dunkin’s fault. I’m gonna be sad for the rest of my life because that sandwich was so good.. it can’t be beat. Not from the area but wish I was!!!

FRUIT FLYS EVERYWHERE - went here to order a snack and there was little fruit flys or nats everywhere flying around, so gross and unsanitary.

Waited 10+ minutes for a regular coffee and sandwich, then when I took a bite…. a string of someone’s hair went from my mouth to the sandwich…

Go here if you want to have less beach time. Personally, I don’t like the beach so it was a good thing but I’ll rate one star because the food was buns.

This has been one of the most infuriating fast food experiences I've ever bad.
This place is horribly understaffed. My pregnant wife ordered at approximately 11:15. I had to walk to the counter 20 minutes later to ask about our food. After being told our ticket was lost, the man did his best to throw it together whole thing as quickly possible. The problem is it was still wrong and we had to go back and have it fixed.
The whole visit took about 40 minutes.

Terrible..would give zero if i could. 2 girls working (????). Waited and I was never acknowledged...I left and same thing happened to my husband. We left with nothing.

I come in everyone r in a while and it takes me forever just to get one drink most of the time when I come in it’s the same one girl. She is rude and is singing very loudly the whole time. Today when I came in I heard her yelling at someone in the drive through line. It usually takes me like 10 minutes just to get my coffee and I always see a line waiting. I understand that she is the only one working there but I used to work solo at Dunkin before and it is not that hard to get food and drinks out.

This location could use a management overhaul. Every time I stop by they are slow or have closed up early. Stopped by on Sunday at 4:45pm and the woman said they were closed. Glad I didn’t order ahead, Dunkin app said they were open.

Waited 15 minutes for a green tea, and when I spoke to the manager she stared me dead in the eyes like I asked her to make me a steak medium rare. Mind you, there were 5 active employees behind the counter. No sense of urgency, and when she gave me my tea (finally) she sighed as if I was bothering her... like it wasn't her job to get me the drink I had been waiting 15 minutes for. Very disappointed, since the other Dunkin down the road had me in and out swiftly. This is not my first poor experience at this Dunkin -- will not be returning.

The person is very nice but all three times in a row I have gone there has been problems but this one literally was 20 min to get a sandwich and coffee and 2 ice cold hashbrowns. She almost didn't remember the sandwich. I know she is very nice but the first time she was by her self and I thought she was just confused and gave me the wrong cheese and the second time I was given coffee instead of tea. I did truly try but something truly is wrong.

There's 2 dunkin donuts on the same road! The one in the gas station is amazing. The staff are so nice. Fresh food.
But the other DD is the worst!

Put $30 worth of food in 1 bag
Food falling out of the bag. It was so heavy it ripped and my food fell all over the ground. For a .5cent bag!!! Don't go out of your way to give me 2 bags. After spending $40 ( plus coffees) I'd give 5 cents for another bag!
The bagels are hard and stale at 6am.
I never write bad reviews.
