Lighthouse is Mystic’s cutest bakery. Their breakfast sandwich’s are my favorite, specifically the Mystic Melt! I also enjoy the No Pulp sandwich, with pico de gallo, for a healthier option. We loved this spot in the heart of downtown Mystic! This location was within walking distance of Mystic downtown shopping and vendors. We easily found parking in the morning. My friends and I stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich and coffee before heading out of Mystic. Perfect spot, amazing breakfast sandwiches, and yummy coffee! Would recommend to anyone, the staff plays cool music and creates a kind atmosphere. If we come back to Mystic, we will be here again!
