Coffee is phenomenal. Lucky to have a place like this. They make a point of getting really high quality beans and it's so good there's no need for flavor or sweetener to me.

Although they were out of bagels ( I got there at 2:00 pm, ) the coffee was really good and the young female was warm and welcoming instantly upon my entering. Such hospitality is RARE among the younger generation so I was really impressed with my interaction. I look forward to arriving in the morning so I can try a bagel with my coffee.

Back in March, my wife and our guests for the weekend were treated poorly at MACONDO. It was the last straw for us after multiple negative experiences with one woman in particular who often seems inexplicably grumpy and annoyed with her customers (so much so that other members of the staff have apologized to us for her attitude). We had been regulars, visiting at least weekly by ourselves or with our son. Everyone else who works there is friendly. The coffee and bagels are amazing.

Welcoming staff, clean and bright shop where you can sit and read or work on a laptop. I love that they offer several plant milk options , freshly baked bagels and vegan cream cheese! This is my go to coffee spot!

Drove 20 minutes for coffee and they were closed at noon even though they listed their hours as open until 4pm :(

by far the best coffee in the area. the only place that can pull an espresso, the beans are good too, thanks.
We’ve come back multiple times since it’s so close to home . First serval times the service was not satisfactory but we like to keep going local when possible . The staff/ owner is consistently very unwelcoming. Their responses to others I know was very gaslighting toned ( not genuinely concerned and placing blame on the customer ) if that many people say the same thing , it’s not everyone’s fault . We are always excited to get bagels and lattes . I’ve observed the staff making food with no gloves right after touching cash and trash cans . They are very rude on top of that . Unfortunately we won’t return anymore , the prices are too high anyway to continue to receive such poor service . There are plenty of local places to go .
Update to my review : Owners response below has proven my point . We did let you and staff know first on more than one occasion . These are also not “ accusations “ they are real experiences in your place of business . It is also a customers right to leave a review, especially after multiple poor experiences over the years . Beautiful and delightful coffee shop! The drinks are outstanding and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, we don’t live near by, but we always make sure to make a specifically stop or two anytime we come in town. Their London fog is delicious. The atmosphere is just lovely! Can’t wait to come back!
