Great food, prompt service, really enjoyable dinner. Appetizers were quick, as was food. Really flavorful. Brought kiddos and they too enjoyed it with no complaints!

I loved my experience at Pink Basil because of multiple things. Firstly the food was delicious and well made. Secondly the decoration was really pretty and just made you feel at home. And lastly our server Meriah was very nice even with our chaotic family.Kid-friendliness: We had two kids and and my daughter is a very picky eater and they made a special meal without some of the things she wouldn’t like.

Wow! We were so impressed with this restaurant . We stumbled upon it while visiting the Mystic aquarium . It is located in those cute shops next to the aquarium. Beautifully decorated . We ordered crab Rangoon , shrimp tempura sushi , beef stir fry and pad Thai, all delicious . Service was fantastic .Outdoor patio was perfect for the beautiful weather we had that day. I highly recommend . I am looking forward to the next time I am in Mystic to try more on the menu .

The food was very delicious. We are happy we stopped here the flavors were very good.Hubby wants to come back for his birthday.The only thing that i can complain about is the waitress took a minute to take our order.The place is nestled in a cute little village like area which was awesome.I loved it. Hope to stop here again one day.

I called ahead of ordering and asked for no MSG or spices for a soup for a sick friend. I was told it would be possible. I made the order through Grubhub and specified again, NO MSG or spices as my ill friend is allergic. The delivery was fine but the soup was so salty he could not eat it and had to throw it out. Grubhub refunded my order, but when I called to let them know, there was no offer to make it right. My ill friend was left without dinner as it was too late to order from another place. I am very disappointed that there was no effort made to make it right. It was not about the money, but sending food to a sick friend.

Have been a few times and will return. Food has been VERY good. They seem to struggle with service - seating, getting your food in a timely manner, the server disappearing when you are trying to pay for your meal and depart. Its always been busy and loud when we are there, so maybe they just struggle with the necessary staffing to keep up. Its not horrible, just put your patience on when you go. Food is plenty good enough for us to return and now we know its going to take awhile to be seated, our order taken, food served and check paid.
