When we visit Mystic, we always stop at the Sea View Snack Bar for their awesome lobster rolls. The view from the picnic tables is beautiful.

Great stop at the Sea View for lunch. We had the lobster BLT, scallop roll, scallop dinner and Calimari dinner. The fried items were lightly fried. Everything tasted excellent. Beautiful view. Happy to come back!

I have been going to Seaview for a number of years and could not wait to have whole belly clams. I thought price was extremely high for portion received. Ordered for both my wife and myself and if we had a total of 8 clams in side order for $28.95 that may be overstatement. Had a full container but included was a lot of small fried dough plus clams. Sorry to say after going here for more than 15 years this will be the last.

Just away from downtown, on the Mystic river, with a park like atmosphere. One of my favs. A semi hidden gem. Simple menu, Burgers, dogs, fries, cold drink and seafood and they own the ice cream stand next door. One of the most beautiful cemeteries next door but sorry they are full. Just a beautiful area easy access from 95, family owned, all the right things for a beautiful afternoon lunch. Peace & Prosperity

Best lobster roll I’ve ever had. First time on the east coast so this place did not disappoint! Come for the fantastic harbor views and the freshest tasting food. Bread was perfectly buttered, and I loved that the lobster itself was marinated in their specialty sauce. I hate when lobster rolls are dry or they skimp on the meat. Not this place! Overall 10/10 experience!

It's hard to legitimize paying $30 for a 4oz lobster roll, especially when they only offer a cold option and the only meat is claw and it's a bit chewy. The deluxe cheeseburger was a much better deal. Pleasantly surprised to see the fries seemed to be hand cut, even if they needed salt

Fair on all accounts. Although the photo looks like a lot of lobster in the lobster BLT, it was truly a small amount. Pricey for what you get with 2 tiny slivers of bacon. Flavorful small bun well flavored with buttery crust. The clam fritters were inexpensive and not something any of the four of us would ever get again. All breading with almost no clams in them. We all wanted the clamp dinner, but couldn't handle paying the high prices they wanted. Onion rings as an upcharge as a side was also disappointing as they were thin rings with bland breading. None of us were impressed with the meals due to the prices. The view was nice, but the wasps and bees were constantly flying around the condiments area.

Food was good. We had a clam roll sandwich, clam chowder and a lobster roll sandwich. Bread was toasted and buttery. Lobster roll had a touch of dill, not my favorite but still very good. Clam roll was in a toasted and buttered roll with a nice crunch to the clams.

Great spot to grab a traditional New England shore seafood lunch, ice-cream shack is right nearby and all is greatly complement by a beautiful view of the connecticut river

Sea View Snack Bar came highly recommended but we found it to be just OK. The lobster roll was good but not stellar and they got my ice cream order wrong, even though I ordered the special of the day.

The staff seemed uninterested and the entire experience was, well, just OK.

I stopped at this place as I was driving past last month. So glad I did. Fried whole belly clams were perfect. Sweet, and not too greasy. Can't speak for the rest of the menu, but can definitely recommend the clams. Outdoor seating with a nice view, too.
