Service was terrible. Took 20 min for a mocha! We sat there and watched many people come and go as the employee chose what to make first. 20 minutes is unacceptable.
The red haired girl is continually giving another girl a hard time, she’s speaking so loud that I felt the need to complain about it here.
Hidden away on the third floor near Nordstrom, is just a walk-up location.

What a relief to read here that “MY” Starbucks will reopen later this month!!!! Went there today and saw the renovation going on snd a sign nearby that said “ForLease,” which made me think it was permanently gone. What a relief to look for more details later and learn it’s only temporarily closed. I wanted to tell you how bereft I felt (no joke!!!). Good luck with the reno & see you soon in there soon👋👋💗

When it's busy the service is very slow in this store. And the consistency of product is very off. Every so often they get it right.
Sunday afternoon...the floor is hideous. trash and straw wrappers everywhere on the floor throughout the place. Do better. McDonald's probably is cleaner.

Floor is filthy.
Staff is rude and more concerned with what is happening with someone’s boyfriend’s car.
Literally talked the entire time to one another.. and none of it had to do with any
ones orders.
Our order was wrong. Even though the ticket was correct. Laughed about it when brought to baristas attention. Remade.. not a single apology. They didn’t notice that several people walked out the door.
If we as customers are paying $27 for two medium lattes.. and two cookies… I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask that the customer service reflect that price as well.
