As a loyal customer of Subway, I wanted to share my feedback regarding the recent changes in the small turkey sandwich portion and portions subway has made. While I have no issue with paying a higher price to support our restaurants, I've noticed that the portions have become smaller while the price has increased. As someone who values consistency and quality, I believe it's essential for prices to reflect inflation without compromising on portion size. I would be more than willing to pay a slightly higher price if it means maintaining the portion size we've come to expect from Subway. Ensuring that customers receive value for their money is crucial for maintaining satisfaction and loyalty. The photo shows a small turkey without cheese and mask for extra turkey in lieu of the cheese. Out the door $8.50.I’m not the only one noticing.Subway, the world's largest sandwich chain, has come up with a novel solution to deal with soaring inflation: shrinking its (in)famous footlong sandwiches down to just three inches (7.6cm)Suggestion:To combat inflation without sacrificing quality or portion size, Subway could consider a strategy that prioritizes maintaining old-school portions while adjusting prices to reflect inflation. By keeping portion sizes consistent, Subway can retain loyal customers and uphold its reputation for offering value-driven meals. This approach ensures that customers continue to receive the same satisfying experience they've come to expect from Subway, fostering loyalty and positive word-of-mouth. Additionally, emphasizing quality ingredients and customer satisfaction can further distinguish Subway as a brand that prioritizes both quantity and quality. This balanced approach to fighting inflation can help Subway maintain its competitive edge in the market while preserving customer trust and loyalty.Thank you for considering my feedback.

I’m tired of places like this, posting that they are open until a certain time, only to close 30 mins early. Just update your stores times if you’re going to continuously close 30 mins + early..very upset I drove here to have to find somewhere else to eat.

Very rude staff. Multiple times have been in and they have honored certain coupons. Went in today and asked to use a coupon that has been used previously at that store and the owner said they don’t participate in any coupon. He is very rude every time we are in there. Sandwiches are chintzy. Store is dirty. If you have the extra few minutes take your business to the westerly subway near Guytannos. Much friendlier staff and great sandwiches!

Pay VERY close attention when being rung up. Every single time we go here they grossly overcharge us. I’ll give my 15 year old son a $20 bill to go in and get his regular 6 in ham and cheese ($5.99), a chocolate chip cookie (.89), and a bottle of soda $2.59, which comes to $9.47. With tax, it should be $10.04. Every time. Period. Yet every time he’s charged something different and comes back with just a couple of dollars change. Finally, this last time, when he handed me a dollar in change, I went in and asked the manager what’s up and why he’s charged so much every time. He mumbled something about accidentally charging him for a meatball sub and handed me a $10 bill. Once? Maybe. Every single visit? No. What’s ACTUALLY happening is he’s taking advantage of teenagers and people who aren’t paying attention. I’m over it. We will never come back here. There’s another Subway in Westerly that’s honest.

I ordered a 6" steak and cheese and was surprised at how little steak there was.

Rude staff! Wouldn't honor a coupon that comes in the local paper. Store was dirty and portions skimpy. Do yourself a favor and go to the Westerly Subway. It's top notch! Clean, good portions and fantastic staff!

This subway is horrible. I brought a coupon to use on my sandwich, but they don't participate, the owner said he doesn't participate because of the cost of food, electricity, and insurance. Every food business has to pay for that, so that's pretty poor of an excuse for a 12 dollar sandwich. Oh yeah, by the way, a turkey sandwich is 12 dollars without chips or even a drink, which I thought I had purchased! 1 dollar per inch? Basically a dollar a bite. That sandwich was NOT worth a dollar a bite come on never goin back.
