Came on a Saturday when the additional seating area in the atrium is supposed to be open and it was closed with nowhere near enough space inside the brewery for everyone who wanted to drink and the bartender wasn’t even nice about it. We drove an hour to come and had to leave because of this. If you have posted hours to be open, they should be honored for all seating areas.

Bring our own snacks and absolutely enjoy the atmosphere!

Chill place to have a beer. The service is good. Haven't gone on a busy day yet, but so far my experiences have been well

Fresh beer!! Great staff!! Knowledgeable about there're serving. Yes you can get a taste or a flight. We'll be back next time we're in town. I love finding new breweries. If they had outside seating I wish we wouldOf found it.

Hey, man! So we hit up this joint for some brewskis, right? And let me tell ya, it was like a hopping fiesta for a Wednesday night, like a party on roller skates! The atmosphere, man, it was real cool, like a funky groove that you can't help but bob your head to.Now, let's talk about the important stuff, the beers! I went for a couple of IPAs, and holy smokes, they were both excellent! Like a flavor explosion in my mouth, dude. I was in hop heaven, floating on a cloud of deliciousness. But here's the buzzkill, man. They didn't do flights or short pours, so you were kinda limited in how many you could try. It's like they're holdin' back on the beer love, you know? But hey, the ones I did have, they were great. It's just a shame I couldn't go on a full-on beer adventure, tryin' 'em all!So, if you're lookin' for a happening spot with awesome IPAs and a groovy atmosphere, this joint's got it goin' on. Just be ready to commit to a full pour, man, 'cause they're not lettin' you dip your toe in the beer pool. But trust me, the ones they got are worth it. Cheers, my friend!

Good beer in a cool space ( Velvet Mill)IPA heavy but had a tasty Pilsner and dark lager. Took some 4-packs to go. Great merch too.You see dogs and boats everywhere so nice to try something different. Good stuff!

It's a challenge finding the brewery in the maze of the mill. I like their beers just don't like the old mill vibe.

Not their best selection of beers this week but overall, a great brewery. There should be better signage through the mill. There is a great small space if you bring your dogs and the beer garden is nice for a large party.

Checked out Beer'd Brewing Company this evening while traveling to Maine. This is a great craft brewery. While there my wife had a full pour of their Whisker'd Wit, the breweries take on a Belgian wit. Beer'd knows their styles well and provides full flavor beers. I had a flight that included a fruity double IPA, oatmeal stout, a German pilsner and a traditional brown ale. All of the beers had great depth of flavor and were solid representations of the styles of beers. I finished out the evening with "After Dinner Sandwich" an incredibly impressive imperial stout. The staff at Beer'd were awesome. I was incredibly impressed with the customer service provided by Sarah, Jaimie and Bill. Even though Bill wasn't working this evening he provided amazing insight into the beers. This is a great establishment. They obviously know their beers well and have deep respect for the styles they make. I wish I lived nearby. I know that I will return them if I'm ever in the area again. Keep up the good work Beer'd. And if you're ever in the area of Stonington or Groton Connecticut check out beard Brewing company. You will not regret this!

Very good beers, nice variety. Variety of merchandise for sale, especially a large selection of glassware. The brewery is inside a larger facility and is a little difficult to find at first. Frankly, it's not a very exciting location, but, refer back to the first sentence - worth a visit!

Being a reconverted mill, the space lacked good heat. It was cold. Service, however, was very good. Live music was nice.

The guy working there seemed to be in a pretty sour mood. Couldn't (or wouldn't) answer questions about the beers. The brewery itself had a cool set up, the beers were standard IPA, overall nothing great. Definitely not worth a second trip because of the guy's lousy attitude.

Serving some of the best beer on the east coast, this is a great spot. In a cool location with nearby food, beer’d is a must!
