Went during happy hour. Pizza was good, great deal for the size. Would like pizza more if the crust could be not burned. Our waitress was wonderful.

Fun place, decent food, slow service. Right on the Uconn campus. Excellent place for college students.

First of all, the waitress was not pleasant or welcoming at all. She wasn’t very attentive either and proceeded to sit down at the bar and eat while our food was ready. Ordered a caesar salad which was fine. Got a a large pizza with chicken, which was definitely the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Extremely overcooked and the crust snapped when bent. The only edible part of the pizza was the tip and middle. Everything else was like biting into a cracker. There was barely any chicken on it and we were charged $5 for it. I ordered 8 wings to go, and after waiting an eternity, I got my order and there were only 7 wings. The wings were already $15 ($17 with tax) which is ridiculous as is. We waitied another eternity for the cook to make a singular wing. Complete waste of $50 & extremely disappointed when I’ve had better experiences at this Square Peg location in the past.

I can not speak for their other locations, but the Storrs location is great! All the staff, from the bartenders (shout to Zeke and Ethan!) to the servers to the kitchen chefs, are all great people that bring amazing energy. The food, in my humble opinion, is delicious. And the gelato is some of the best I've ever had (I grew up 30 minutes from Philly, so I know good gelato when I taste it). I won't say the "bad" reviews have no merit, but my personal experience, after coming here for a little over a year, had been nothing if not great. If you're in the area as a student, visiting family, etc., do yourself a favor and check it out. Square Peg Storrs is one of THE BEST spots for food, drinks, and fun in the area.

Food is not as good as when they first opened. Way better pizza and Italian options around than this.

I’m very disappointed with the service I got. I order a ham cheese bacon lettuce tomatoes and they gave me a sandwich that they wanted to built themselves. It was disgusting. I would never order at that place again. I suggest that do not order for pickup. You should order inside to see what they are serving you. It’s expensive and the sandwich was disgusting.

Ordered through Uber eats. My son is allergic to dairy and does not have a lot of pizza restaurant choices who offer vegan cheese. He is 12 and gives it a 4.9 out of five. He loves the crust. His only comment is the bacon was too crispy at times. :) I ordered the pesto pizza for myself and loved it.

Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free crust and vegan cheese. Their topping choices
Are fantastic. There is something for everyone!

We descended upon this restaurant during UConn's family weekend, which was basically equivalent to a zombie apocalypse for the staff. Miraculously, we secured a patio table as the crowds dissipated, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. Our table was a science experiment gone wrong – unwiped and sans place settings. Our waitress materialized after an eternity, apologetic and frazzled, warning us of menu items that had gone MIA due to the feeding frenzy. We ordered, and the cheesy garlic bread arrived, lukewarm and sporting a sad excuse for melted cheese. Utensils and plates? Forget about it – those arrived only after we'd nearly inhaled the bread. My citrus shrimp salad was a dressing-drenched disaster, minus half the ingredients; my husband's meatball parm grinder induced heartburn that lasted until the next day. Our "Husky" daughter's chicken sandwich was the lone redeeming dish. As we beat a hasty retreat, I wondered if I should've staged a culinary coup and demanded a refund. Can this establishment recover from its Family Weekend Fiasco, or will my UConn student be forced to seek sustenance elsewhere? I’m hoping you’ll make good and offer us a comped meal!

Following a lengthy morning of soccer matches, I stopped here with my mom and three kids for lunch. The pizza was fantastic, but the service left much to be desired, along with the restaurant's cleanliness. The tables and floors were super sticky, the seating was cramped, and most concerning was the sight of one of the line chefs; one of the pizza makers was handling cheese with bare hands, eating directly from the ingredients, and then wiping his hands on his pants before continuing to prepare food. ?

This place is overpriced! We paid over $80 for two pizzas and they got my order wrong. The pizza was cold and they had cheese on my pizza that wasn't vegan after I paid over $20 just for vegan cheese. We waited for more than an hour and 30 minutes in a restaurant that was empty. This experience ruined my appetite. Don't go here unless you want to pay a high price for a bad experience.

Calling to place a takeout first they hangup, try again they put me on hold for 10min then hangup again. My husband call them they said to place online an order they busy cant take any orders over the phone. Ordered pasta and a pizza, pizza comes undercooked, cold, floppy and the amount of pasta for $22 was just a joke looks like a kids meal so small and tasted watery. This is my first time having this bad experience at this place. This is not how the food should be and the service.

Probably one of the worst pizzas I have had. Was flimsy af, under cooked, it seemed. As I try to pick up a slice? Everything on it falls of and then the pizza flops like it’s soggy. Was terrible. Undercooked, garbage.

Prices are also ridiculous, for the amount of food given. Just, terrible.

The Margherita pizza I got was good, just a bit too burnt on the bottom. My family enjoyed the steak parm sandwiches. Good addition to the storrs community.
