Got here at 8:45 on August 2nd. Website says they close at 9pm. Watched the male worker slam the door in a women’s face as she was walking in then turned the lights off and closed.

Take your order correctly and is really good
It's cute. It can be expensive but the kids enjoyed the drinks. You can ask for no boba if that's not your thing. I like that you can modify your level of ice and sweetness.
Closed on Wednesdays, apparently. I go here often, probably 2 times per week with coworkers, and use the snack pass app to order ahead. Today, Wednesday, I ordered 2 drinks ahead, payment processed, and show up to find a closed store. Not only that, but Snackpass won't refund. They say call the store. The store is CLOSED. I don't know where the glitch is but this is unacceptable. Someone dropped the ball somewhere, and the app should state that they're closed and not allow the order to go through.

The Boba taste like it was laid by a chicken
i like this place a lot but there are so many dirty gross couples basically dry humping each other while waiting for their bubble tea.
I mean it’s all they got in Storrs and the quality is totally fine.
