The service was good and so was the gyoza appetizer. Other than that, the food was not good. The ramen was warm at best and the items in it (egg & pork) were actually cold. It was like they were in the fridge and put in the soup last minute. I was very disappointed. The ramen didn’t have any freshness to it and really lacked in flavor. I barely ate any of it unfortunately. Parking is easy and the ambience of the restaurant was nice - but I would not come back. Really dissatisfied.

My husband and I stopped by for lunch and got karaage and tonkatsu ramen. I saw some of the previous reviews as we were stepping in and was apprehensive about the food but we had no issues with the food or service. Everything was served hot and our server lady was gave us friendly and quick service. We went to Japan earlier this year and felt the restaurant did a decent job with the karaage and ramen - we will return!

My family ordered, but I did not get anything, as I am allergic to green onion and don’t want to risk cross contamination. However, they got it as a pickup order. They said it was good, but flavorless. I added our favorite garlic seasoning to it and some salt and that seemed to help.

The food was really disappointing, especially for the price. The chicken and appetizers were decent, but it’s a shame the ramen itself was lack luster. No flavor at all- the broth was boring, the noodles were a chore to eat, even the egg was bland. Instant ramen has more flavor than this. The food honestly made me a little sad… The service was nice and fast, but when the lady saw we didn’t give her a tip she called us back and asked us to change it to 15%. Not sure if that was a minimum requirement or not but we saw nothing about it on the receipt. The atmosphere was nice but that was about it. Would not recommend.

It's great to have an authentic ramen spot in town. The pork belly having a bit of fat on it was good. The broth was a little bit lacking but overall everything was tasty and the eggs were marinate perfectly. Maybe the mushrooms were a little salty but I didn't mind. Good service, quiet in the middle of the day, plus they carry lychee flavored ramune

honestly, be cautious before ordering. if you’re someone who appreciates depth and flavor to your dish then you wouldn’t enjoy this place. the broth completely lacks flavor, the noodles were fresh and nice but just bland, the egg was also bland, it didnt even taste salted. i got the shoyu ramen. maybe other soups taste good, but save yourself some money. it’s very expensive for the flavor of the food. i enjoy asian cuisine but this was not it. the pork tasted good, however there was more fat than meat(fat also held no flavor). just take heed before choosing to buy their food.
