We live locally and have been visiting this place for years. In the past year, it has gone downhill tremendously primarily because I think the management is just not present. What used to be bustling Friday and Saturday nights, the place is now dead. I’ll start off with the food. A few times we’ve gone and they’ve been out of chicken wings or other staple items. But what really prevents us from coming back these days is the service. There is one female server in particular who is just so obnoxious. A few times we’ve gone and she had another male server have been openly drinking the beer they serve. Not a good look especially since they become inattentive to customers. The worst was this week. The female server had some friends in and was spending most of her time conversation with them. She was throwing out F bombs left and right and was very loud. At one point, she actually left the restaurant to walk her friends to the car, leaving my burger cold on the counter for a good five minutes until she came back. She screwed up my order because she simply wasn’t paying attention. And did I mention how loud she is? She thinks it is cute and funny- but when we go out to eat- we just want to chill out. Management- where are you?

We are so glad we took a chance on this place! My husband enjoyed his burger and beer. I had pizza and cider. If you’re wondering if the cauliflower crust is good, the answer is a resounding yes!!

It's definitely not the same as it used to be when it was a taproom in East Windsor. Something happened on the way to the big time.... I received a gift card and the empathetic waitstaff apologized that it didn't work. I know, that happens. It took me several days to get in touch with the manager and when I did, Eric the manager, reassured me that I can come back and use it and it would work. I think that's cheap. He should have offered to credit my personal card. He just gave me an empty apology and refused to do so when I asked. The waitstaff was kind, nice, efficient. The beer menu has shrunk and the manager lost a couple of long time customers. Bye bye.

I’ve been here a few times, probably won’t be going back. The service has been awful every time, doesn’t seem like the bartenders realize there are patrons sitting at the bar while they gossip amongst themselves. Food was ok, but overpriced for the small quantity they give you… but I guess everywhere does that now.
Excellant Facilty and Brewery. The staff is top notch. Well worth visiting. Highly recommend.
