As always, amazing amazing amazing breakfast. Got the Hash Brisket Benny and OMG 😱 it was just fantastic.
Every time I eat here it is one of the best meals I have ever eaten. Love the cornbread waffles and gator tacos.
Absolutely delicious, I love finding new places on my journeys and fire on the mountain smokehouse did not disappoint

This place pays attention to detail. Food was top-quality and not sloppy fatty bbq food. I had a side
order of harvest hash and brisket hash along with the cornbread waffle. Heaven. Service was great.
Place is comfy and a Great spot fot family or casual date. Will be back.

We found this place on google and had a chance to try their ribs, brisket and pulled pork. It was so amazing, we love how juicy everything was. The staff were very friendly and inviting. The serving was fast as we were hungry as well.

Got a breakfast there that was brisket gravy hash and brisket and bacon eggs toast and hash browns it was $22 and worth every bit of it the brisket was fantastic so is everything else with highly recommend going there I've been there for breakfast twice so far will be going back

Fire on the mountain has been a great experience many times over now. I have had multiple meals from the breakfast menu and haven't found one that I haven't enjoyed thoroughly. You can sit down to eat or order takeout. Delicious everytime.

Stopped here on a BBQ tour of Western Mass. Ribs were fried, which is different, with a chili sauce. Brisket was moist and seasoned well. Pulled pork was heavily seasoned but moist. Mac and cheese was more like alfredo pasta than traditional mac/cheese.

Ordered takeout today. Wanted to get the brisket and brussel sprouts but both were sold out.
Even though I didn't get to order the brisket I gotta say the food was amazing! Got the crispy ribs and the smoked pork with cornbread and mac and cheese as sides. Mac and cheese complements the bbq sauce perfectly. Ribs were crispy well smoked and had a good amount of sauce on it. Smoked pork was the star of the show sauced to perfection and stupidly tender. Cornbread was good but I like mine sweeter than it was.
Overall- one of the best if not the best bbq places in the area.
