I absolutely love this place! My mom is there for rehabilitation since she fell and broke her hip. The place is beautiful, and no odors, it's the cleanest nursing home I ever been to. The staff there are so nice and quick to help you . If I ever have a need for this type of service. I want to go there. Oh and the amenities are awesome.

My mother was sent to rehab after breaking her hip. She needed assistance to be taken to the bathroom. A nurse told me it was ok for me to take her myself when I don’t work there. The social worker never included me in the family meeting after I rearranged my schedule. I called to ask why and to be informed on the meetings outcome, but never received a call back. Her PT was terrible and I’m glad she’s been released and can get proper care now.

My Mom was admitted to The Suffield House for physical therapy, after having a brief stay at the hospital (after falling at home)...she seems to be happy, & is thriving there! Everyone is extremely friendly, and the campus is very clean! The CNA nurses are kind, and seem to genuinely care about their patients, taking extra steps to make sure their patients are well cared for, and are eating their meals, as they should.

We feel so blessed that my mom got into Suffield House for rehab after a long very serious hospital stay at ST Francis. The staff at Suffield house is so kind and caring. The rehab staff is amazing and she is improving everyday. I highly recommend Suffield House for rehab or long term care.

This is my mom‘s first visit to Suff house for admission today. We’re met with so many nice people helped to make her admission and her stay as comfortable as possible. Beautiful clean facility. I love the atriums with the birds and the plants. Looking forward to coming back to visit my mom there.

The Suffield House was nicely decorated for Christmas. When I reminded the staff about balloons for my friend's 95th, they said would get them.
I felt staff and residents was very friendly and nice no complaints from me

I'm not a patient but my dad is. He is receiving rehab and PT and OT. He is also a diabetic. They follow a proper diet. He was at a facility prior that did not. The rooms look like bedrooms not hospital rooms. The whole facility is beautiful and everyone is friendly.
