There I was, freezing cold, battered, bruised, bloody, and limping down Mountain Road on a frigid, damp January night when all of a sudden I felt a higher power guiding me to the bright warm lights of this establishment. I opened the door I felt the soul healing warmth of the toaster ovens gently caress my body as the young muscular sandwich artist greeted me with a smile. His voice, soft but deep, was like the purr of a tiger. He asked me what I would like and I responded "A hug." and there we embraced for no less than 30 minutes. I felt safe in his arms. His biceps pressing against my back with a gentle squeeze that let me know that he would keep me safe. Once we broke from the hug he fed me black olives one at a time whilst I knelt down in front of him. The best part of this encounter was the fact that he didn't charge me at all.

I have never experienced what happened tonight in all of my years! I ordered a couple of foot longs online! Hubby picked them up, got home and they were made wrong (switched some of the ingredients and sauces). My husband brought them back and the girl told him they were correct rewrapped them and he came home again. I opened them up and clearly they were wrong. Back in the car. As soon as the girl saw me she said the order is correct. I asked her to come over and look. Unwrapped the sandwiches and showed her comparing it to the receipt. She clearly saw her mistake but rather than fix them she said I'm not remaking them and you can leave the store. She then proceeded to go in the back room and hide and wouldn't come back out. The other girl Sarah came over and was friendly. Not sure if she is a trainee but she couldn't help us as she was following direction from the other girl. They wouldn't give us the Managers name although Sarah said that someone may be able to help us in the morning. I asked her how would you like to be treated like this and she said she wouldn't. So wrong! Now soggy footlongs from back and forth to the store and no refund as they said they couldn't refund me.

Went here for a quick dinner for my family, and it turned out to be the worst meal ever. Absolutely worst Subway in America! I got one meatball on my meatball sub. My kids ham sandwich had no ham and just cheese, my flatbread cold cut combo was wet. Called Subway to see what was going on and get a refund and got a 17-year-old punk, who decided to swear at me and tell me "if I didn't like it, then to go to hell"Then proceeded to tell me if I wanted to log a complaint to call back when a manager was there, which won't be until next Wednesday NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY EVER! Let alone their subs being terrible now their customer service is awful at least in this location An absolutely terrible experience and terrible website along with their foodNot worth even calling them back to get a refund. Will be the last time I ever go to Subway.

Paid over $10 for a foot long tuna sub. 4 tiny scoops of tuna, 2 pieces of American cheese in total (4 diagonally cut half slices), 13 slivers of onion, 6 pickle chips and 19 slivers of olive. This place is a major rip off in my book and I will never be back. Subway isn’t the place to get your money’s worth in my opinion.

Considered going back inside & asking the employee if he needed a hug because of how miserable our experience was.Me & my boyfriend were the only customers ordering—you’d think the line was out the door!!! The employee: rolled his eyes when I asked for peppers (and the container was empty), rolled his eyes again when he realized my boyfriend was also ordering a sandwich in the same order (we walked in together), rolled his eyes AGAIN when my boyfriend told him to toast his sandwich.Sandwiches weren’t great either but the optimistic side of me thinks he is in training, still learning those skills. I don’t expect perfection when going to subway, but I also don’t expect to leave feeling bad!!!!!!!!

Service was slow, my sandwich was not good enough to justify the cost. This location does not participate in Subway's "Buy one, get one half off" program so I had to pay full price for the two sandwiches I bought.

I am still telling the story of what happened to that subway 2 years ago to friends and family. Everyone always has a good laugh about our terrible experience there… just skip. Just go next door to Dunkin.
