Suffield Pizza and Family Restaurant

Tried to order a party size cheese at 12:40 on a Saturday afternoon. I was denied and told I need to give 24 hours notice. Sounds a bit odd when PIZZA is in the name of the restaurant. Won't be back.

Really great service, let us old friends chat for awhile without pressure to give the table up. Big and good salads. Will come again to try different dishes.

Today I ordered a large chicken parmesan grinder. I've ordered them in the past and they were very good. Today however my grinder was totally different. Instead of having full chicken cutlets on it like I used to, I had strips of chicken cutlets that appeared to have been frozen ones. They did not look fresh and there weren't many on very chintzy. They had a chewy texture nothing like in the past and no stringy mozzarella and I'm still having stomach issues hours after I've eaten it. I should have taken it back. I'm sorry I didn't but I will no longer purchase one of those there or anything else

This little gem of Suffield has managed to maintain their great quality of food over time. With the ever increasing costs of food SO MANY restaurants are cutting quality and portion size. THANK YOU SUFFIELD PIZZA. GREAT FOOD GREAT SERVICE!!! . You are so much more than pizza!!!!

I did take out lunch today and ordered the same large grinder that I ordered previously. It was much much improved! THANK YOU Suffield Pizza! 😊
***Prior older post....Went to pick up lunch today and a new menu was introduced with higher pricing. Okay I get it with overall costs & labor going up....BUT one would think that maybe the food quality would also improve...NO, my fries were lukewarm and my grinder was sub par with minimum contents.

Very surprised that the signature pierogi weren't available for dinner on a Saturday, but we stuck it out. It's a shame when home cooked food is ruined by being reheated in a microwave. And let me tell you, that microwave was in use the entire time we were there....🫤

I ordered 2 pizzas. Both came back wrong. I called to get the smaller one replaced at no cost and I was told they would have to check on that. I was told it would take 45 minutes to cook a small pizza because they were so busy. I gave them 30 minutes and I went To the restaurant. They kept me waiting for another 25 minutes for a small piece which means they had not even put it in the oven yet. I was very disappointed because now I had two pizzas sitting at home that are cold. There was No apology for messing up the order, which seemed pretty simple to me. I will never spend money at this restaurant again!!
